Although it's almost $9 for a single drink, the drinks are not made with attention or care. The hygiene standards are concerning. The ice isn't handled properly, with unwanted splashes contaminating the ice compartment. While the staff wear gloves to make waffles, they also use their personal cell phones with the same gloves—defeating the purpose of wearing them in the first place.

My absolute favorite Happy Lemon location! The staff are all lovely and helpful, and get orders out in a timely manner despite how busy it gets inside the shop. I always order the Strawberry GT/SC 30% sugar after one of the employees recommended it to me. Thank you for the yummy drinks! And hope to see more promos like the Genshin one in the future :))) !

Came here with my mom who is diabetic, the drink she got was way too sweet and the staff were really nice about it and remade the drink with no sugar. The smell of the waffles was so good, we had to bring some home. Overall great service and clean establishment

Drinks are alright, nothing special but what gets me is the way that the staff speak to one another and their cleanliness. Calling people fat? Talking about hurting people? Screaming all the time? This goes specifically for this location because I haven’t had issues with other locations. Also, I have never had a problem with asking for different modifications for drinks like I prefer black tea to green tea and they wouldn’t make the mango green tea with black tea, which I don’t understand if the drinks are not premade… just pour black tea instead of green tea I really don’t see how that affects you as you’re not drinking it. Workers also handle the trash or clean the counters and then touch your waffles and make your drinks without washing their hands, which has to be a health hazard??? Hope to see changes made.

I strongly recommend the staff wear masks and gloves when preparing the food. Today I stopped by to buy a chocolate waffle. The colleague who is making the waffle cleared his nose with hand and then continued to prepare the food without washing the hand. In addition, another colleague sneezed when preparing a cup of milk tea for another customer.

Ordered on Doordash, received order with one drink that was meant for someone else with a sticker on top of their name to cover it up, and the other drink missing toppings. Receipt on bag confirms the order was messed up

Inconsistent quality is the hallmark of this place. Just got a mango matcha smoothie and without exaggeration, it’s an undrinkable chunk of ice! Unreal they are charging over $8.50 (with taxes) for a chunk of ice. 😂❄️ This is definitely not a drinkable smoothie. The only thing they have going for them is a prime location. The service is mah and the quality of drinks reflects the poor service.

Waited over 20 minutes with 3 fussy kids. When I got my order they said they couldn’t give me a paper bag to carry it unless I got back in line and paid $.20. I paid over $35 with tip for three drinks. Will never ever return to any location.

came in late. got myself a matcha mango something with jelly. gave a tip. they called out the order. placed it on the counter. walked to my table. forgot the straw. ask for a straw. they pointed to the general local location where i could find a straw. found the straw.

also ordered a waffle. the softest waffle i've ever had. no crispy outside texture.

so what did i give a tip for? they didn't bring me my drink. they didn't pair the drink with a straw. after you're done you bus your own cup into the garbage. DON'T TIP THESE PEOPLE, THEY DON'T EVEN COMMUNICATE NOR GET ALONG WITH EACH OTHER.

suggestion: go to a different location, and don't tip these people.
