In my life, I must have gotten boba a thousand times and ordered a mango jasmine tea five hundred times. When I ordered it here, I literally gagged. It was so bad I thought they may have mixed up some ingredients. My drink had a bizarre oily/garlicky taste that I have never tasted in my life.To their credit, they re-made me a jasmine milk tea free of charge, which tasted fine.I’d be curious to see if anybody else has this bizarre experience.

Solid banh mi! Everything I could ask for: warm, crusty yet soft bread enveloping plenty of pickled veggies and juicy pork. Satisfying for my belly! And nice, quick service for a pick-up order. I let them know their phone number wasn’t working to call ahead. Love that this gem is near my house as it rivals the ID for these sandwiches. Will be a return customer.

I ordered the tofu Bahn mi sandwich and the veggie egg rolls. I ordered online and BeyondMenu duplicated the order. The staff was super friendly and gave me a discount because I needed to pay for both orders once they were already working on it and I felt bad about it! Food is fresh and delicious and the restaurant is so clean and organized, definitely going back here soon!

I think this is some solid Banh Mi for the price. The bread is what you would hope for, fluffy with a slightly crispy exterior. Highly recommend the grilled beef, which was not overdone but had nice grill marks on it. The pickled carrot/onion combo was nicely seasoned and everything that should be crisp was. It's a filling sandwich under ten bucks with great bread, hard to argue with it. Good customer service also.

Best banh mi in Seattle I've tried so far! As a Viet person, it's hard for me to find staple dishes I like, especially outside of ID or Little Saigon, but Happy Tea really nails it. Delicious, tender meat and SOFT but still CRUNCHY french bread. This is how it's supposed to be done! The BBQ pork banh mi is classic and really yummy but the tofu banh mi is equally delicious if you're looking for a vegetarian, lighter option. The fact that it's down the road from me just means I'm going to be a regular going forward.The teas are also delicious, and not too heavily sweetened (you can adjust sweetness too).Interior is pretty casual but everything is clean and tidy, which is all I care about. Perfect for takeout or a quick lunch inside. I highly recommend!
I got the milk tea boba tea and it was okay. The boba has no flavor or texture. The milk tea was okay on the other hand.

Tiny little hidden gem, so glad I stopped in. It's very cute inside and the food was very good with good prices. I got the grilled chicken banh mi, the meat was seasoned very well and all the ingredients seem very fresh. Theyve got vermicelli bowls and rice plates as well, and a wide selection of smoothies and boba. Definitely coming back!
