Harbor Cafe is a gem! The service was excellent — warm, attentive, and welcoming. The food was absolutely amazing. The curry noodles were perfectly fragrant and delicious, the swimming angel was fantastic, and the basil shrimp salad was bursting with flavor. Highly recommend!
