Cute Mexican restaurant in the Belltown neighborhood. Went on a Sunday night around 6pm and the restaurant was not very busy. The menu offers traditional Mexican fare with a little twist. We got a taco entree and a burrito entree, but started with an order of green chili cornbread. The cornbread was pretty good. The rest of the food was ok to good, with the Chili Colorado beef as a standout, not as much the taste but the quality. The burrito was served warm not hot as the sauce...

My wife has Celiac, and Hatch comes highly recommended on find me gluten free. They are not wrong! The food was excellent, we explained she was Celiac and the waitress Lindsey immediately understood. We started with chips and dip, with queso added. Subbed gluten free chips and they were delicious. The queso was awesome, flavorful with a hint of spices. The salsas were also delicious!
