Delicious freshly baked cookies šŖ and ice cream š¦
Great cookies here
A MUST if you are in the Seattle area! The definition of a perfect sweet treat.
Our orders: lemon poppyseed & birthday cake cookies with blackberry cobbler ice cream (left), molasses & brown butter snickerdoodle cookies with melted chocolate ice cream (right)
What can be better combination than Cookie and ice cream. Located in University Village, let just say you won't be disappointed, the cookies are yummy, chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside and the ice cream are actually Molly Moon ice cream which also yummy, you always see line on their store.
Plenty of parking even on weekend. This will satisfy your sweet tooth
Basic cookie store. 2 or 3 gluten free options, 1 vegan. Staff not welcoming nor inviting. The flourless chocolate cookie was not great. The whole wheat cookie was ok and the oatmeal cookie ok as well, ive had much better oatmeal cookies. Those were my only options given dietary restrictions which the staff were dismissive to. Just kinda ignored what i was saying and didnt provide answers to my question because she didnt know the ingredients in the cookies. No reason to go back. I'll try another company.
Iāve never had such a delicious sweet treat ever in my life. And that is not even being dramatic I truly do stand by it. Hellloooo robin!
You can walk in and see them making the cookies. Their cookies are all amazing. Itās such a fun treat to get (and to give). The store itself is darling, smells so delicious and everyone there is so nice (maybe their proximity to sugar and spice! š)
The smores cookie is amazing. Best cookie Iāve ever had in my life. Also the cookie dough ice cream is really good as itās also birthday cake.
Had the birthday cake cookie with a scoop of vanilla. The cookie had that perfect texture: a slight crisp on the edges, soft and chewy on the inside. The ice cream was obviously delicious, but putting them together was what made it next level.
Cookies are good but they are super small. $10.00 for 4 tiny cookies is robbery.

I think cookies are always about preference, but they do it right. Good mix of specialty, but can't miss with the cholocate chip or the smores!
I had the strawberry ice cream and chocolate vegan cookie. Ice cream is Molly Moons and it was good. The cookie was chewy on the inside and crisp on the outside. Scoops were a decent portion and the shop was super cute. I did try the raspberry lemonade and that was really good. I will be returning.
Found a hair in my snickerdoodle, great first impression.
While strolling through University Village, I came across Hello Robin, which partners with Molly Moon to serve their delicious ice cream. Since I already know Molly Moonās ice cream is amazing, I decided to focus on trying Hello Robinās cookies.
Iām happy to say the cookies didnāt disappoint! They were tasty, with a nice balance of chewy and crispy. While they might not have been mind-blowing, they were definitely enjoyable and a solid treat. I could see myself coming back for another visit, especially when Iām craving a sweet snack.
If youāre in the area and looking for a casual dessert, Hello Robin is definitely worth checking out
I have literally never had a bad experience here. The staff is always sweet and the cookies are consistent and fresh.
