This place had a very long line so we were hesitant to go in but the line goes by very quickly and once you get in there the experience is very simple. Just point at the bagel that you want based on how it looks. And a half a dozen is only $19.50!
Quite possibly the best bagel in Seattle. They cook continuously throughout the day, so it was still warm from the oven. Ripping and dipping the bagel in schmear was surprisingly delightful.
super tasty bagels: perfectly crackly exterior and fluffy/chewy interior! do note that they’re meant to be unsliced; you rip off parts of the bagel to dip into cream cheese; and they’re meant to be eaten asap. on weekends, the line can be around the building.
