extremely rude workers who stood around on their phones after order was placed instead of making my food. my order was sitting on the counter for 10 minutes behind the cashiers station, and when i finally asked they gave it to me. will not be coming back and I'm extremely disappointed.

Staff was extremely rude and slow. They did not start making our orders until we went up and stood right next the the counter, and instead were using their cell phones. Do not recommend the food either. Disappointed.

Croffles tasted amazing, but tea was very average (and also pretty expensive.) Cute place for a date though!

Wish there were vegan food options but the oat milk brown sugar tea was really good (the worker told me that the tapioca is made with brown sugar instead of honey). I also wish that oat milk was advertised on the menu/website, and that the workers knew that non-dairy creamer usually has sodium caseinate and so isn’t vegan!

Probably, the worst boba place I've ever been to. We were the second people in line and they took over 20 minutes for two drinks and one croffle. The drinks were ok, but I wasn't impressed with the coddle. $10 for a cold waffle with whip cream and fruit. Won't be back. Wasn't worth the wait.

I have a severe dairy allergy. The staff told me the milk tea uses non-dairy creamer, so I ordered the Taro tea. After having a couple of sips and felt my throat swell. Maybe they accidentally made it wrong, but my drink definitely had dairy in it. ☹️

Korean corn dog was spectacular gooey goodness. Drinks are alright. Daughter really enjoys drinks. Enjoy Tiger Sugar more myself. Wasn't crowded at all. Service is slow. Excellent variety of drinks as well as snacks.

We stopped in for a half and half (cheese and sausage) kpop dog. It was delicious. Staff was friendly and the space was big, with a modern vibe.

I love boba and croffles so I was really excited to check out HHD! When I first arrived I thought the space was really cute and modern, there is a decent amount of seating inside. I came around 3pm on a Saturday and it was pretty empty. My friend received a thai tea boba when she ordered a taro, but the service was friendly overall. I liked how they had a glass display of their sweet and savory waffles, and my friend and I split the strawberry & banana and red pepper one. I also got a taro boba and these three items came out to ~$24 which I think is pretty expensive considering the size. I wasn't too impressed by the taste of anything, but it was fun to try for the experience.

I went four weeks ago, but I'm updating the review because when I arrived today, it turns out they had closed about four hours early. Between the other reviews and this experience, it seems like they have been struggling with staffing and may not be open when you arrive.

I can't comment on the bubble tea, but I loved the blueberry and raspberry croffle! It was sweet (right at the edge of my enjoyment tolerance) but the texture was phenomenal. The combination of crunchy waffle, thin caramelized layer of sugar, whipped cream, and fresh fruit made for a surprisingly refreshing dessert. I split it, which I recommend, otherwise it might've been too much. I was also concerned they would serve the display case ones but thankfully they make it fresh. Mine looked exactly like the display case.Good service and relatively quick too (I was the only customer at the time though). The place itself is very spacious and feels like a modern hotel lobby with lofted ceilings. Seems like a good spot to get some work done, especially since their tables are large enough to fit a laptop and a drink.Next time I'm craving some sweet dishes, I'll come back here to try something else!

I usually don’t leave reviews for places I don’t really enjoy but i felt I should since this visit was a bit strange and awkward. The staff were really sweet though there was someone there who didn’t work there that was just roaming around behind the counter and kitchen, that’s fine, secondly the atmosphere was so chaotic we just wanted to get out, 2 kids running around yelling and screaming, the space is tall and a bit empty so it was pretty loud and I would say uncomfortable for everyone. At one point one of the kids bumped into my mom and didn’t say anything as no one else had said anything even though they were kind of really ruining the whole first impression. I’m not saying it is the stores responsibility to say or do something but since the parents didn’t I would think the store should say something to the parents as the kids were acting terrible and I thought it was completely irresponsible. i don’t think the kitchen was very prepped or prepared properly the drinks were so so, and the food is not something you should get there as me and my family went and both the hotdogs were raw in the middle with badder and we didn’t know until we got home… we spent about 45 bucks on everything, for this kind of experience it’s not worth it.. I genuinely don’t think they will make it here.

I visited HHD on Monday, November 27 and was extremely disappointed with my experience. For what seemed like a trendy and delicious Boba shop to relax was the complete opposite. I ordered the Matcha latte with foam. The first photo linked is the bottom of my matcha. In my first sip, I got three chunks of unmixed Matcha powder, and curds of the foam through my straw. It was extremely cold inside the shop. I did receive my Matcha latte quickly, but that’s only because it wasn’t even mixed. I will not be trying this place again, and would not recommend it to anybody who cares about the quality of stuff that they drink.
