I live in the neighborhood and have supported the restaurant for decades, however the service has significantly declined on a consistent basis. Whether it’s a rude welcoming from the person behind the coffee bar, or a general lack of professionalism amongst the servers. It has now been different staff across multiple visits.

I don’t know if they are just understaffed or the dismissive attitude has just become a norm. Either way it’s sad to see what was once a fixture of enjoyable experiences in the neighborhood fall so far.

I hadn’t been here for years! Same wonderful wait staff, scrumptious food (we were too late for their famous scones) and a great patio seating area!

The service was good, the people that works here very friendly, Maria was very kind, the wait time was about avg(45mins) since we arrived around 10:45.

Classic Seattle brunch spot. Great atmosphere and prompt, friendly service. The food, however, was a bit lackluster and it seems like the menu could use a refresh. I had the Greek omelette, which was fine but nothing special - definitely could have used some zing! Oddly, the side of breakfast potatoes were extremely undercooked and cold in the center.

The food was amazing and the line was short on a Saturday morning. Truly a gem. I wish they had mimosas :(

Food was really good, servers were a little overwhelmed but very nice. Atmosphere could be worked on, dining inside was very loud and decorations for a little mismatched. I didn't have a chance to dine outside, however it looks amazing from what I could see.

We were looking for a brunch spot to take friends and stumbled upon Hi Spot. We put our name in and waited about 20min but it was prime brunch time on a weekend so it was expected.

The food was delicious with tons of great options. Everyone had a hard time selecting because they wanted to try so many things. I had the breakfast burrito and it was delicious and huge. The coffee was great and they kept refilling which I love.

There is indoor seating and a patio but the patio has a roof and heaters so it's really an all season space.

The staff were phenomenal. They were friendly and accommodating and their service stood out. Lots of people are nice and friendly, but the person who helped us just left me with a good feeling and like she was glad we were there.

El Pacifico was a nice change to the traditional breakfast, smoked salmon omelette, salad, and sourdough toast
