Sold our pregnant friend a blueberry lemonade with vodka in it after specifically requesting a nonalcoholic version. Had no Accessibility seating or ADA compliant seating for the 4th of July event. Overall, extremely rude staff who were obviously overworked.
2/10

The views are phenomenal - as best as you can see through the dirty windows anyway. The kitchen chef offers the best service out if anyone working there other than the elevator operator. I seldom come across bar tending staff that are so rude and indifferent. Enjoy the views. They are spectacular. Come prepared to deal with horrid service if you can tear them away from their phones or laptops long enough to get an order in.
Great flat bread pizza!
Unfriendly, indifferent staff
Pretty disappointed with the service especially with the girl taking the orders as you can only order with her and the other 4 people in the bar plain ignore you. Their “workflow” is not signaled anywhere, her customer service is non-existent, and the payment and ordering are very disorganized. If she does not like her job she should consider changing it, she literally shouted at another guy in the line. Prices are on the high spectrum but aligned with a restaurant and the quality is adequate so that part is fair, but such bad service just ruins the whole experience
We bought an all inclusive Sky View Observatory ticket ($38) which includes, $10 voucher/person for the cafe&bar and reserved windowside table. It's located at 73rd floor with 360° view. Their drinks were delicious! We also tried their wrap which was also ok. The server recommended the Rainier Peach (also recommended) and my husband got the Lavender Sunset. It was a whole new experience sipping a drink and just chilling in the tallest building in Seattle.

I’m surprised this place doesn’t have more reviews.Pretty cool experience with some great sights to see on the 73rd floor (the total floors in the building is 76). It takes about 2 minutes to get there at a speed of approximately 1.5 floors per second! Now here’s a question: A train travels at a speed of 60 mph in still air. If the train is traveling against a headwind of 20 mph, what is the speed of the train relative to the ground, and what is the speed of the train relative to the ground if the wind is now blowing at the same speed as the train?WHO CARES! because this place arguably has nicer views than the space needle and also gives out a 5 dollar coupon for you to use at the bar.Have at it.
