We love this neighborhood gem of a shop and need to start frequenting it more often since we live nearby. They have a lot of offerings in supporting other local businesses with food trucks and selling products, and Addy’s Pet Shop treats at the counter. Service is always great, friendly and personable. Love seeing the owner there working to keep the magic going. They offer amazing quality in variety of products and really delicious to-order food options. I appreciate the affordable prices for their cafe options of hot sandwiches, soup, coffee, ice cream, compared to most places in Seattle now. Had a full lunch today with Emerald City (turkey pesto) sandwich, cup of potato leek soup, Tim’s chips and Wildwonder drink for just over $20 with tip. The sandwich was built to perfection, it did not fall apart or get messy at all. I loved the way they prepared the bread on turkey pesto, crispy outside and soft inside to hold that pesto in. I always forget to take a photo before diving in so here’s a midway shot. Excited to have another dairy-free ice cream option in the area for this sunny weather! My kid loves sitting indoors, but they have multiple nice outdoor seating options in sun and shade.

Great community coffee shop with great sandwiches. They do food trucks and wine tastings on Thursdays nights. It's got a great community vibe - come and get to know your neighbors!

I love coming here for coffee and snacks, but there’s one worker who always is rude. She’s a short haired lady, I’ve come here many times and every time I come and it’s her working the customer service is always bad. I’m not sure if it’s because I don’t leave her a tip, but why would I if every time I have an encounter with her it’s negative. Last time I came to the store she basically threw my drink and food on the counter. Other than her I enjoy coming to this store.

I really enjoyed the Harvest Latte ($5.50 for 8 oz);espresso and milk with warm baking spices, maple, and vanilla. They also do a PSL and other fun Autumn flavors. Was happy to see some gluten-free pastries in the case! The Marionberry Jam Biscuit ($3.50) was so moist and tasty!! And flavorful but not too sweet. Service was quick and friendly. Lots of local craft beers and pantry essentials to browse while you wait -- although I didn't see a GF section, unfortunately. I love Lucky Envelope, and I'm so glad the seasonals are available here!! Definitely pick some up. Parking is easy and you can enjoy both indoor and outdoor seating. What a great neighborhood spot!

Convenience store and café featuring local products. I enjoyed the Tip Top ice cream. Blending frozen fruit into the ice cream makes it extra refreshing on a hot day. Especially tasty with the smell of coffee filling the air.

The Corner Store has been a great addition to the neighborhood. Food trucks, wine tasting (with an emphasis on local wines), soft serve ice cream and great coffee. Great place to hang out. Highly recommend you stop by.

This is a hidden gem in the area. We go for beer and ice cream. They fill growlers. The workers are friendly and the owner seems to be engaged in the community as music events and food trucks pop up here.

New-Zealand-style ice cream was good; they blend fruit into either a sweet cream or vegan coconut base for you.Trans-rights themed slushie drinks! and coffee bar. If you have your dog with you, you can order at the window. They carry Full Tilt ice cream pints and a variety of local beers, plus other basic goods. Outdoor seating in the sun and the shade. Cool folks working there. Nice community feel.

It pains me to write this because the person who was running this place was friendly and efficient in making my order. The place is clean and well organized. Not a lot here, but mostly higher quality. I want to like this place and I wanted to put it in my regular rotation, but you can't fill your belly on ambience. The breakfast sandwich I got is a notch down from McDonald's. It was a sad Franz burger roll with fatty AF "bacon" and what appeared to be a slice of American "cheese." It's like something you'd cobble together from your near empty fridge because you were too hungover to go to the grocery store. Awful.Another sandwich I got was also extremely mediocre. They have a decent beer selection at not unreasonable prices. The candy, snacks, and chips might actually be cheaper in some cases at 7/11, which is a damning indictment. An insultingly tiny bag of ice is $4, which is standard for gas stations. QFC sells a bag of ice three times as big for $3.If this place really put some effort into their takeout food, it might mitigate all the other stuff, but it's not worthwhile. Easier, cheaper, and more options to go to nearby QFC or 7/11. Sad, but true.Too, too, too many places in Seattle think they can get over on the big corporate competitors with some attitude and style, but you have to deliver a superior product. I'll pay more for some mom-and-pop creativity in their offerings, but it has to be tangible. At some point, I'll check back at this place because they seem likable and I hope I can mark them up to four or five stars.
