This store is a gem. I’ve been coming here for decades. The previous owner walked me through figuring out everything I needed to know to make a spectacular three tiered wedding cake (something I had never done before) and the new owner has kept up the excellent customer service with knowledgeable and friendly advice, and of course their superb collection of anything a home baker could possibly want.
I visited for the first time yesterday and couldn't be more satisfied with the visit. I needed a box and a few other supplies for a last minute cake request and Dave (the owner) really came through. His customer service is impeccable (I emailed a question and he got back to me right away), he's funny, and offered suggestions to questions I had about decorations on the cake I'm making. So so thankful that this shop exists in Seattle. They have tons of specialty tools, decorations and ingredients for cake decorating that you can’t find easily online or box stores nearby. Dave is so helpful and knowledgeable, he always has a suggestion or idea up his sleeve!
