I picked up take out from the pop up in Vallarta restaurant- absolutely delicious masala dosa. The owner described a rice dessert he includes on the menu so the vegans can have something sweet, too. Very thoughtful! I’m excited to go back and try a chai!
Bali is a wonderful and kind man who makes lovely chai and foods! HIGHLY recommend. Dogs allowed Updated from previous review on 2024-01-28

Love this place! Bali is so cool and makes delicious chai drinks. Would 10/10 recommend, even if you've never had chai. He'll make it to you liking. Be sure to ask for nondairy milks
Dosas are elusive and beautiful, and Bali makes the best!! He is so kind and takes such good care of his customers! This spot feels like visiting your family home for comfort food that is made with love.
Hey home office. When you post that you’re open at 8 am, and we walk a mile to get to you with our two huge suitcases through downtown Seattle, it’s pretty frustrating to get to your door to find you actually open at 10 am.Update: they replied, which indicates they care and I appreciate that. Please update your hours of operation on the various luggage storage search engines.
Wow. Got the masala chai with oat milk and a dosa. Bali's is not only a great experience but the food is incredible. I've had quite a few dosas and this was up there with the top contenders. Perfectly crispy and perfectly spiced. Masala was also nice and spicy without being too sweet. They offer vegan and gluten free options. He makes the dosa with a vegan ghee (just make sure you ask for that). Absolutely worth checking out. Inside the Mexican restaurant. The owner is sooooooooo sweet.
We used this place for storing our luggage through Bounce and we had absolutely amazing customer service from Nick. Highly, highly recommend. There’s still good people out there!
We had chai and a dosa so good
I would not recommend storing your luggage here. This business is listed on luggage hero as being open 8-5pm. When I arrived around 9am, the door was locked with a note saying to call or text the owner if you need something. This would make one assume that this business is not actually open 8-5 on a regular basis...I talk to the owner and he's all over the place claiming he had a family emergency and is stuck in traffic (welcome to Seattle?). Then he blames me for not specifying a time on my luggage hero reservation despite the fact that you can't actually do that on the website. Would you have skipped the 'family emergency' if I had specified a time? ?He then proceeds to send me to the building's concierge, claiming they're best buds and they can let me in the store. Turns out they actually hate this guy, got very irate about how annoying he was and adamantly refused to help him. Very dysfunctional building....I ended up taking my bag to the purple store instead. No drama, highly recommended.

They charged me more than usual to ship a USPS package worth $200 and lost it
My coworkers and I got smoothies from this place the other day via Uber eats. We had ordered five green smoothies, one chocolate peanut butter smoothie and one berry smoothie. None of the five green smoothies were actually green, they didn't have any of the ingredients listed from the Uber eats app. We even compared the menu from their website and that menu was different from the Uber eats, but even those ingredients weren't included in our green smoothies. They only added the extra fruit that we had selected. Many of the orders included non-dairy milk, and several people received whole milk instead. Several of my coworker's smoothies tasted like it was just ice with a little bit of milk, they were terrible. One coworker of mine called the business to ask why the smoothies we received were so different from what was advertised. The owner said that their menu had changed, but that wasn't even reflected on their website, and they "did the best that they could". I don't really think giving people blended ice with milk is the best that they could. We would have even accepted them calling us to let us know that their menu had changed and that we couldn't have what we had ordered. Will never order from here again.
JFYI new owner charges for the drop-off. It’s understandable, but in case you are going to bring your boxes for pick up, be aware of each box charge
The people who work here are among the nicest, kindest, and most helpful in the world. Love this place!
Best sandwich I’ve had in a long time. The Marsala chai was on point too
