The worst customer service ever!! I am not sure if it’s new owners but my goodness they ignored me to chat with a regular customer that came in after. Don’t spend your money here go elsewhere on the waterfront. Bad vibes for sure! Come off racist.
Wow it’s really delicious.
The condensed milk is just right and not too sweet.
It was just right because it wasn't needlessly covered in syrup like other places.
There are also plenty of original shaved ice rice cakes. It's also fun to eat everything, including jelly.
How did you make milk ice so well? It wasn't greasy when I ate it and it didn't melt too quickly, so I ate it until the end.
I was eating on the patio and I heard Korean inside so I thought it was a Korean owner - please keep it like this at all times. It's my first time eating shaved ice in Seattle that isn't too sweet but is true to its taste. I really enjoyed the meal!

If a business is not taking the time to update their hours then the manager is not doing their job. It’s 2024, we all know that Google, Apple (yelp), and yahoo, need to have current, up to date information. Yes, google has correct hours but why would I not trust that Yelp has the correct information? *for the business owner/manager, if you don’t know Apple has an integration yelp through Apple Maps and the fact that we have more Apple users than Google/android you should definitely see to it that your info is listed correctly.

Mediocre boba (powder based).

An absolute gem of a spot with dangerously craveable bingsu - a shaved ice dessert with sweetened condensed milk, fruits, jellies, mochi, sweet red bean, and a melt-in-your-mouth texture that's perfect for these summer beach days. Reminds me a lot of halo halo but the shaved ice texture is so much finer! Staff were friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to go back to try one of their other bingsu flavors!! This is the original, and they've got mango, strawberry, matcha, and a few more too.
My family went to the beach, and we had to have ice cream to complete our day. The shop was very clean, with a great selection, and the customer service was great. I'm looking forward to coming again.

Fun beach spot for sweet treats. Service is decent and not too slow. Used to love coming here for the unique ice cream flavors though… Not sure when the change happened but it seems they are trying to compete with Natalie’s the bubble tea spot down the street? There are way less ice cream flavors this year and a whole new section of the shop for bubble tea. I like bubble tea too, but I miss my favorite ice cream spot.
Very expensive for what you get - like $9 for ok bubble tea and $6 for a scoop of mediocre ice cream. The staff are very nice, nothing against them, but you'd be better off going to Natalie's or Pepperdock for better quality bubble tea and ice cream
Loved the various varieties of ice-cream, will definitely visit this again next time I am in Alki beach.!
Ice creams are so good here. My kids really liked kids scoop chocolate flavor!
This is a nice place to stop by for refreshments while at Alki beach. Strongly recommend this ice cream ? shop. Staff is very nice and kind. Good for pictures too!
