They have a vegan biscuit that you can get with jam or also a vegan sandwich. It was very good. Also have plant based milks for coffee drinks.

It’s been a minute since I was last in Seattle and Honest Biscuits arrived since then. We got McGregor biscuits with Marion berry jelly and coffee and both were great. There are tables inside and outside. We opted for an outdoor standing table.

My favorite part. They were pretty busy and ran out of coffee when making mine and I only got half a cup. The counter person came out and found me to add more coffee to my cup. What a great touch!! Thank you.

Outstanding location for gluten free dining.
While not exclusively GF, the owner Christopher is incredibly informed and used separate gloves/knives/surfaces along with top shelf and covered storage of items.
The food texture and taste is shockingly good for gluten free. It’s easy to see why it gets such great Find Me GF app reviews. I had a fantastic oatmilk cappuccino, as well, and can’t wait to try the fried chicken next time. The option to eat outside overlooking the water is a delight. There are also mixes and take home options that are far superior to any gf store bought options. A must-visit for locals and visitors alike!

GLUTEN FREE FRIED CHICKEN BISCUIT SANDWICH. Phenomenal! The biscuit was very fluffy and buttery, great flavor. The chicken was soooooo juicy! The batter was crispy and flavored well. The house pickles were fantastic. Great price for how filling it was. I would have liked a bit of cholula to put on it but that's just me 😋 busy on a saturday but could still find a table

Vegan options clearly marked. Huge and delicious! Gets very busy on weekends.

Biscuit place with vegan biscuit, vegan gravy, vegan sandwich option, and vegan butter. Got the vegan biscuit and gravy, and vegan sandwich. Vegan gravy made with lentils, tasty. Vegan sandwich a bit dry and only 1-2 slices of field roast, felt a bit stingy. The biscuits are really good and buttery, huge serving.

These biscuits are certified authentic from a fellow North Carolinian. I was diagnosed with Celiac 11 years ago and thought I would never have real Southern biscuits again. Their gluten free biscuits are absolutely amazing and the fried chicken was perfect as well. Food was so good that I went two days in a row before returning home. And the jam also tastes exactly like my grandma's!

From the incredible staff to the unforgettable food, Honest Biscuit quickly became my favorite spot in Seattle. I was in town for several days, and even when compared to more formal restaurants, this place stood out as my top dining experience—both for breakfast and lunch.

The chicken sandwich and the bacon, egg & cheese biscuit were absolute standouts. And as someone who’s been eating gluten-free for over 10 years, I can honestly say these are the best gluten-free biscuits I’ve ever had—perfectly textured, flavorful, and deeply satisfying.

The staff here are a goldmine of kindness and good energy, which makes the whole experience even better.

A quick note: the location can be a little tricky to find. From the main Pike Place Market strip, head out the back past the flower stalls, look for the staircase, and follow it down and around the corner. There are signs, but they’re easy to miss—your GPS will at least guide you to the staircase.

Honest Biscuit is well worth the effort to find. Don’t leave Seattle without trying it!

This place is AMAZING! First off, it’s only 2 blocks from Biscuit Bi*ch, and while BB had an hour wait, this place took our order within five minutes of walking in, and food out in 10. The service was great; Christopher was very helpful in navigating GF options and let me sample the GF/vegan lentil gravy. Their GF biscuits were AMAZING and you can make them with most any of the biscuit sandwiches, with some substitutions. They even have GF fried chicken! My husband loved his regular biscuit as well. They’ve got sweet, savory, and all around quality. Will definitely be returning next time we’re in Seattle. What a gem!

Really enjoy their large square biscuits. I feel like they have good variety between sweet and savory options.
