We bought a bajillion biscuits online via the website for a work breakfast. They were ready to pickup within the stated timeframe given on the website, I was greeted by a grateful and friendly staff, everyone at worked RAVED about how delicious their biscuits were. Somehow, the only good gluten free fried chicken I've ever had is from a biscut place.
Never been contaminated, they are very knowlegable about allergens.
Everything is compostable which is nice. But if you're worried about straws, they aren't terrible.
Food isn't cheap, but what is in Seattle? Really my biggest gripe is the hours... closing at 2pm makes me sad.

We came here to have breakfast before our tourist day in Seattle and it was great. We tried Pike Place biscuit and southern style gravy on a butterhole biscuit and they were both delicious and very filling. I usually do not like things that have sausage in it but with the gravy, it tasted so good. We also had a mimosa because you can’t go wrong with that. The service was great. We came early so the place was very quiet. If you’re in the area, this is a must try.
Solid spot with a killer view! These biscuits are absolutely delish. I would’ve rated higher, but mine fell apart halfway through, so I basically ended up eating a deconstructed chicken sandwich. The batter was on point, crispy and flavorful, but once past that, the chicken itself was just okay.
My husband ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese, and my picky eater ended up devouring it, so maybe that was the real winner. Still, the food was tasty enough that I’d definitely eat here again. And that view? Absolutely spectacular.

Got the Gluten Free Egg, Cheese and Sausage biscuit and it did not disappoint! I was incredibly impressed by the quick service. This was hands down the BEST gluten free biscuit I've ever had. I appreciated they ask when you order GF if it's an allergy and cook in a separate oven. Highly recommend for GF and non-GF folks visiting Seattle!

I went to Honest Biscuits craving a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit (explicitly with no mayo) and fresh OJ, for my birthday. After waiting 15 minutes for my biscuit, I bit into it and the bacon was severely undercooked. I returned the biscuit and was appreciatively offered a new one, after waiting another 15 minutes, I received the new one but it was loaded with mayo. Now in a time crunch, I returned the 2nd biscuit and requested a refund.
