Recent Reviews

This is a biscuit place at one of Seattle's famous markets. It is in a bustling area with plenty of seating. Note that they are open for breakfast & lunch, so close at 2pm. There are good vegan options including a vegan biscuit with vegan gravy & vegan butter. The grits are also good.

Absolutely the most incredible gluten-free biscuit I have ever eaten!!
The GF biscuit was fluffy, and warm, and everything I gluten-free person could ever ask for in their entire life!

As long as I live I will never find another biscuit like this that a gluten-free person can eat.

If you're still reading this review stop what you're doing take your gluten-free butt over here and get a biscuit.

Biscuits are pre-made and run through a toaster (or at least mine was). I just had the plain with butter. It was fine, but a bit dry (would have preferred something a bit more moist and fresh-baked).
