We’ve been using Honest to Goodness for weekly home meal prep for more than a month now and it has completely changed the game for food for us. We are a family who loves cooking, but it’s become a burden with our busy schedules and caring for family members. We haven’t wanted to sacrifice fresh, healthy meals, but couldn’t keep up anymore. Chef Michael has brought food joy back into our house. Wish we had done this sooner!

It was a great experience from the very start. The owner and Sahara were great at helping me get all the planning done for our party, then Jonathan and Andrew our chefs were incredible. They both had great ideas to make the party better. When they came into the kitchen, I turned full control over to them and never looked back. Our celebration of being together for 25 years was incredible. Our guests loved it. We loved it, and Honest to Goodness was a big part of the success.

Delicious! They provided catering for our 3-day knitting retreat near Mt. Rainier National Park. The meals were so organized and packaged really well. Easy to reheat when needed and the grab and go lunch options were brilliant. And all the food, breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were so good but also thoughtfully nutritious. They were able to accommodate a wide variety of dietary restrictions. Was a really lovely experience and I hope I get the chance to enjoy their food again.

Great service and delicious meals! I've used Honest to Goodness for two events: a Friendsgiving dinner part for 12 and backyard family party of about 30+ people, buffet style. Both events were successful with no issues. The services from the chefs were great, very friendly and accommodating. And most importantly, the dishes they cooked were 5-star restaurant quality. Even asking for substitutions such as cauliflower rice and gluten free desserts, were not only seamless, but really delicious. My friends and family gave a lot of compliments and made the events a little more special.

We have done Eats Amore for years, including the personal chef services and more recently, the weekly delivered meals.

This service provided me the sanity I needed to have two small children and two full-time careers in one house, all the while enjoying quality family meals and lunches. There is the meal planning and cooking time savings, but also the mental load savings. We stopped going out to eat or getting takeout as much, which can take a lot of time and money! So it was a win on our time, but indirectly, our pockets.

The servings are generous, there are plenty of options each week and a variety of options over the course of the year. I enjoyed being able to expose my kiddos to a variety of foods and flavors. I also enjoyed having meat and vegan options each week to share with friends and family with different dietary needs.

Chef Laura at Camp Oasis is all my kid talked about (and there was a water swing, y’all…)
He is used to having different food than his peers, and often being excluded or having to pass on fun looking meals. He came back saying “our food was fancier than the *normal* one” and begging for me to make the same meals.
It’s not just about making great food, but making these kids feel they matter too.

5 stars doesn’t feel like enough!! We had Chef Laura’s team serve food at our wedding reception—a brunch-for-dinner—and it was absolutely delicious. Everything was gluten-free and dairy-free, yet sooooo flavorful. Food is such an important part of having a great time, and your team really nailed it. The entire process of planning and finalizing the menu was smooth and thoughtful. All of our guests were very impressed!! Thank you so much!

Chef Marissa with Honest to Goodness was absolutely wonderful and made our private family dinner a truly special experience. In the days leading up to the event, she was professional, responsive, and worked with us to create a thoughtful and delicious menu that suited everyone in our group. She arrived early, fully prepared, and brought everything needed to make the evening seamless.

Each course was beautifully presented and full of flavor—from the appetizers to the main course and dessert, everything was exceptional. Not only was the food outstanding, but Chef Marissa was also warm, engaging, and clearly passionate about her craft.

Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a memorable private dining event.
