I had the pleasure of working with Carla for my husband’s birthday, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.

The cake she created was truly one of the best we’ve ever had and it was vegan. What stood out most was the amazing texture; it was incredibly moist and delicious and not overly sweet. It was a massive hit at the party—we had multiple guests asking exactly where it was from and who made it.

Carla was a joy to work with—so kind, professional, and incredibly responsive throughout the planning process. She took my design ideas and executed them perfectly. If you’re looking for a cake that looks like a work of art and tastes even better, I cannot recommend this studio enough!

Carla and her team are amazing at what they do in designing beautiful cakes for any occasions. We've gotten a chance to work with her for both our wedding back in 2022 and for our baby shower this year. Both times she's stunned us with the design and flavors (especially her sugar flowers, they are beautiful keepsakes!) It has been a joy to experience her cake tastings for both events prior to deciding what we wanted to choose and her responses to inquiries have always been appreciated. Carla was a dream to work with. DID YOU KNOW EVERYTHING ON PINTEREST IS AI?? She was so gracious and patient in letting me know that my inspo photos were, in fact, defying the laws of physics. It was like she was in my mind, because she executed the vision perfectly by pulling together pieces of my inspiration while adding her beautiful touches.

Had a vintage cake workshop with Carla and it was simply amazing! She explained everything clearly and is super passionate about cakes. It is well worth the money. Got to bring home a beautiful and delicious cake.

We bought two single tier cakes for our wedding this last weekend and they were incredible! Carla created a custom vegan flavor to complement our fall wedding. She was so easy to work with and we can’t wait to buy another cake on our anniversary.

Honey Crumb Cake was simply the best experience for us when choosing our wedding cake. Carla was such a joy to work with from the initial email exchanges about what she recommended for my design/guest count, to a fun intimate cake tasting with my MOH, to going out of the way to make sure my cake got delivered to the venue after a scheduling error with my Dad (which was NOT a part of deal, just something she did because she's kind and amazing) And oh.. the cake is soooo amazingly delicious & beautiful!! I cannot recommend them highly enough!! And I can't wait to order an anniversary cake next year!!!

We are so glad we went with Honey Crumb for our wedding cake and dessert bar! The whole process was incredibly smooth and easy, and Carla made us feel so at ease and well taken care of. Getting to taste all the fun flavors was a great pre-wedding date night and Carla was really helpful in deciding what size cake to get based on our guest count. We didn't want a huge cake, but did want something fun and beautiful, plus other options for desserts for our guests (don't miss the rice crispy treats and brownies!), and I love that there were so many options to fit exactly what we were looking for. Carla was even able to have our cake ready a bit early! It's not often you find cakes that are beautiful AND incredibly delicious AND made by someone so knowledgeable and kind, but that's what we got from Carla and Honey Crumb Team! Now we just need to come up with a good excuse to order another cake ASAP!

The lemon blueberry cake from Honey Crumb was the most perfect dessert for our summer BBQ wedding! They were so amazing to work with including adjusting our pick up time when we had a last minute schedule change. Our micro cake was absolutely stunning, and the sheet cakes for the guests were absolutely delicious! The gluten-free macarons in the matching flavors were also a perfect touch for our guests with sensitivities.

OMG The cake was inhaled in a nanosecond! I'm joking of course, but let me just say it was so incredibly DELICIOUS!!!!! And they went out of their way to use a recipe from Rudi's Bakery from the 1970's in Bloomington, Indiana. Ah, Rudi's was so incredibly popular and their poppyseed cake a HIT. Long closed now. And Honey Crumb made it even better! if that was possible. THANK YOU HONEY CRUMB!!!

Ordered my wedding cake through Carla, and it was 100% the best experience. We did the cake tasting, which was honestly the most enjoyable part of the whole wedding planning process. Carla is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and made the most amazing cake with sugar flowers in our wedding colors that now serve as a gorgeous memento of our day. We are already looking forward to ordering an anniversary cake!

Delicious! That was how I felt about the Honeycrumb cake we got for our wedding. Not just me actually -- so many of our guests were raving about it and happy to grab seconds. The vegan Fiori Di Sicilia with blueberry compote cake was absolutely gorgeous and delicious.

It was really nice to be able to get almost any cake made vegan. That made it so easy. The cakes are beautiful, and we really appreciate the hands-on service. We called in and the bakery team was very helpful and driven to make sure the cake came out perfectly for our wedding. You can hear their passion and expertise when they talk. Our friend picked up the cake and they packed it in the car for him to keep it stable and provided instructions for keeping it pristine. I would happily order a cake from Honeycrumb again.

The art cake and macron favors that Carla made for my Nephew’s wedding were just so gorgeous and delicious- even the gluten free layer tasted amazing!!!
