I just tried out the new Sea Salt Viet Coffee, it taste AMAZING!!! The bitterness of coffee and the creamy sea salt is a perfect combination. Definitely a switch up from my daily coffee order and delicious. 😋

Meh food. I got banh mi and pho on 2 different days. They were good enough to finish but not very good tbh. Banh mi was a bit skimpy, other places give more stuff in their banhmis.
If it was just food alone, it would be 3 stars, but I took off another star due what I feel is dishonest payment policy. They will charge you $0.75 to pay with card. But, if you choose to pay with cash, they don’t carry small change, but they don’t tell you ahead of time they will just give you less money for your change. I bought something for $5.50. I gave them $20, but only received $14 in change. They didn’t even bother mentioning being short in change until I asked. When asked then she told me that they don’t have small change, but I got 2% off because I paid in cash, so that’s ok. I mean, 2% off $5 is only 10 cents though. Anyway, not a ton of money but I am unhappy with the lack of communication with that, it felt dishonest.

Super cute pho restaurant across the street from target. Super fast service. Food was pretty flavorful. Portions are a tad smaller than I’m used to, but still tasty and worth it!

Ordered pho with brisket and meatballs to go. It was absolutely delicious! Good portions of meat and noodles. I do wish there was more broth as that's the main reason I love pho, I did see there was also an up-charge if you wanted extra broth, but usually a regular order in other stores I've been to have thr amount I typically look for. I will say that this place had the BEST noodles for a to-go order I've ever had ever. They weren't clumpy and stuck to each other. You can tell they were just freshly cooked and given to me.

my partner and i went to seattle back last month and we ate here twice in our week long trip because of how amazing this pho was! the first time we stumbled into here was impulsively after a target run. 😂 we both got the vegetable and tofu pho with vegetable broth and it was the most tasty broth we’ve ever had. their spring rolls were also amazing and had a great crunch to them! would go back to seattle for this pho.

1. The noodles are not much but enough, the meat is okay, but the beef tendon is not rotten; 2. The service is okay, 3. The soup is very good, but the unit price of 17.x US dollars including tax without tip is not cheap.

Although it's a nicely cramped venue and the staff are polite, the brisket pho was hot water with plain noodles. I didnt know you could make pho so flavorless...

Stopped in here one cold December evening for a quick late lunch.

Food: I ordered the fresh spring rolls and taro bubble tea while my husband ordered the pork banh mi and Thai tea.

Everything was delicious. The spring rolls were perfectly balanced in flavor (just the right amount of noodles, prawns, and lettuce). The banh mi bread had a perfect thin crisp outside and soft inside. Pork was well seasoned.
It was my first time trying a taro bubble tea and I enjoyed it. The flavor kind of reminded me of popcorn more than a sweet potato.
The thai tea was okay- had more spices in it than we're used to, but we liked that it was less sweet than other thai teas we've had.

Ambiance: In my 25+ yrs of living in Seattle I had never stopped by this shop, probably because it looks so unassuming on the outside.
Inside is small with enough seating for maybe 24ish people.
The walls looked like they could use a new coat of paint and floors/windows a good scrubbing, but it was fine for the short amount of time we were there.

The Pho broth was overly salty. The fried tofu appetizer was hard.
