I love their pizza!! However, The tall skinny girl who works the opening shift, and a gentleman who works later are struggling with basic customer service skills. Everyone else has been super cool.

The customer service was hilariously bad. The person that helped me was rude, impatient, and aggressive. It was like I was inconveniencing them. I used to come here all the time but clearly the quality has changed but was not expecting them to be as rude as they were here. Dang.

Go to place for a slice of pizza in Cap Hill. Slices are around 4-5 bucks and it's always a good quick meal for lunch or after work. Always have them heat it up for you, it melts the cheese just right, and the whole slice gets to the right amount of crispy.

I was looking for good NY pizza and found it. Changed my order from takeout to delivery to my hotel on a Saturday with no problems. Great to revisit places with good food and service.

Four slices and one drink should not cost $16 without tip. Good food but whatever prices.

The best around. My type of pizza, giant slices with just the right crust thickness and texture. Generous cheese and toppings. Delicious pesto base available, I love this. They're popular- providing a walk up window for slices (brave for the area). So plan ahead for pickup and be generous with your time when picking up. Tip well, they work so hard, you can see it when you're there and you can taste it in the pizza. If I could eat here every night I would! I've tried several varieties and everything's amazing. If you're coming here on foot, know that it's in the middle of a hill, a long walk uphill from the convention center area but worth it. There's an outdoor seating area to wait but you don't want to hang around this area long.

Pizza so good, it was worth putting up with the workers and the feeling of being unwanted at a so unwelcoming establishment
