First off the coffee here is amazing. Probably some of the best in West Seattle. The baristas are usually great and very friendly. Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review. Every Sunday morning, I have a ritual to grab a latte and then walk to the farmers market. Hot wire has been my go to, but the last couple of weeks something has been bothering me. I walk in and the person that runs the register, not the barista, is always on her phone. She doesn’t bother looking up. She doesn’t greet you. She types her message out or whatever conversation she’s in the middle of no matter how long it takes and then when she’s done typing, she looks at you like you’re bothering her. Doesn’t ask you what you want just looks at you with a pissed look and that’s it. I’m really confused because she is the first impression for your business and nobody’s complained about her yet. I don’t wanna buy coffee from a place like that. I definitely don’t wanna leave a tip so she’s affecting her coworkers income. The first couple of times I thought maybe she was going through something so I didn’t take it personally but this is consistent now with every visit. I just left without buying a coffee and I will not return until this is addressed. She is young and still needs to understand business and customer service. That is your place as a business to deal with and hopefully you figure it out.

Drinks were really tasty. I had the Sasquatch and it was soooo good! The cafe is a great size to comfortably fit ~8 people between the inside and outside seating availability. The menu has a great selection of drinks. Wish there was a little more inside seating spaces for the winter weather and it'd be perfect! Very cozy vibe

Unfriendly baristas especially the new employees. I used to come in here all the time and everyone was super welcoming. Now they don’t even say have a nice day or respond to you when you say thank you. I know it’s a transactional experience but a little customer service goes along way.
Super cute coffee house the coffee tastes amazing and so does the food! The staff were very nice as well! They have outdoor seating as well and it’s dog friendly!

A favorite spot for coffee in West Seattle. Always a good beverage made right. You can order ahead to pickup before a commute or stop in and have a drink on their patio. There is also still a computer for usage - it started as an Internet cafe. They also have great seasonal drink specials that rotate. Highly recommend!

Me and my best friend Stopped in for a drink ended up getting a breakfast burrito strawberry danish and a cinnamon roll and all of it was delicious and my smoothie definitely was a hit!!!! Definitely will return

We came here because of the great reviews… the pictures people post of the seating, that’s all there is! Two tiny tables, I think 4 bar stools. It was our first time so me and my daughter were taking a minute to find the menu, I guess that upset the employees because she was rude. Then they wanted to set some kind of event up, didn’t say excuse me and hit my daughter in the back with a box…no apology. It was super stressful so I packed up my laptop and we left. Coffee and hot chocolate were okay, both tasted water down…we won’t be going back!
