I feel like this place is unhygienic. They force us to pay in cash only but charge tax 🤣

I think the broth is too sweet with msg.

This spot is one of my favorite places for Vietnamese breakfast in the city. Their dry noodles are amazing -- go in the morning and you'll see all the Vietnamese old heads going hard on them, so you know it's legit. The steak and eggs breakfast is ....chefs kiss too with that fresh Banh Mi. Used to be cheaper but I guess that's Seattle for you. Still worth it I think.

They always have some wet market video playing on the TV, which adds to the whole vibe, and they are cash only.

Parking is in the back (Safeway lot), and you can enter through the back door, easier to access than the front door.

I wanted to eat here but I am white and when I parked in the rear the old lady ran out told me to get back in my car and go away. She started waving bad parking cone around us to shoo us away.

Hands down the best hu tieu in Seattle! The broth is sweet of pork bones, yes there’s MSG so I usually avoid killing all the broth. Second best dish is the bo kho with bread😋

Hard working family run business. Always busy with returning clients. Table turns over fast. Boss lady remembers your order and her dad and son bus the table 🥹 Reminds me of eating in small eateries in VN.

Incredible soup, meat is tender, broth is rich, feels like one of the most authentic spots I’d been in Seattle. Will be back.

Huong Que Deli and Cafe may be small in space, but it’s incredibly cozy. The friendly service from the accommodating staff makes diners feel right at home. Their delicious noodle soup is a standout, with flavorful broths and perfectly cooked noodles. The overall experience is enhanced by the tasty foods offered at reasonable prices. Whether you’re craving a quick meal or a leisurely dining experience, Huong Que Deli and Cafe delivers authentic Vietnamese flavors in a warm and inviting setting.

I went to this Restaurant Hương Quê to buy Hu Tieu Nam Vang Kho with 2 orders. It’s cost $30. But when I open the boxes, look at how they’re give to me. A few slices of meat and they don’t give to me the sauce for the dry noodles. I won’t come back to this restaurant anymore ????
