Place looks rough on the outside but the food prep area and the menu are top notch. I'll be going back again soon!

Business has closed. Building now shows fire damage. Goodbye to their delicious teriyaki sauce

I shed a tear when I learned about the fire. This place had by far the best teriyaki in Seattle. They had the exact balance down in the sweetness vs the spiciness of the sauce. Great atmosphere and service. A true gem

Best teriyaki in Seattle! I’m heart broken that it burned down in March but I’ve heard rumors they are coming back. So excited to support them again.

The food was always delicious always a great amount they're solid was always crunchy not flat like other places the dressing was amazing I hope they get to rebuild because I really want to go back and order their food again they were my absolute favorite date night place or in a rush to work and need something delicious to eat
Amazing food, was my favorite teriyaki and would go out of my way to visit this one over my local spots. Sad to see it go.

I'm not really sure what happened to this place. I've been going here for years. I'm literally giving a one star review because your yakisoba has completely fallen apart. I would not feed this to my family, I damn near drove back just to give it back to them and tell them I'm done coming here. I do not understand how kitchens let their food quality go down so hard. Perhaps they need new chefs.

I called today to order my normal Friday work lunch from I Luv Teriyaki only to find that their phone was disconnected. Driving over to order in person I realized just why as the entire building has been gutted by a fire. No more I Luv Teriyaki! :(

Old school, damn fine teriyaki and FAST!My advice is upgrade and get the chicken breast ? ? Can’t go wrong with the salmon either.Everyone talks up the gyoza, but I say go for the veggie rolls! They’re almost bite-sized and flash-fried to perfection ?

Spicy chicken teriyaki is so good and service is usually pretty quick. Would definitely recommend.

They always have tea, filter water and salad dressing bottle (not stingy) their pork teriyaki isn't grilled so no risk of char on meat. And the prices in 2023 are around $12-13 which is amazing! They fo take out only after 8:30pm otherwise you get a great ol plate and metal fork no plastics involved!!

Had the chicken teriyaki. It one most affordable meals around the industrial district. The taste better than some more expensive teriyaki joint. Combination taste and makes great place.
