The food was delicious. They are not at all staffed or prepared for a full dining room. We enjoyed our wine and food for sure, but we waited an entire hour between starter course and entree. The server was overwhelmed and unable to interact. I hope they find their groove.

We went in on a Friday night and had no issues getting seated.
You can tell a lot of thought went into each dish. For instance, the seasonal veggies came with this miso and black garlic dressing which highlighted a lot of fall apple notes.
