After a long trip on the train, it's really nice to have some delicious comfort food. The beef tips and eggs with pancakes were absolutely delightful.

Absolutely fantastic service and vibe from staff! Coming from the U.K. I wish we had the same manners/friendliness, I think we forget that manners are free in the U.K. ! ..The food was great & the milkshake (strawberry) with real fruit was AMAZING!, service was fast and food priced well for the portion sizes being huge !, if it wasn’t for the 20 minute walk each way from Seattle downtown to here 🥶 ❄️ I’d of eaten breakfast every day here no question about it ! Thanks for having me !

Way to small of a establishment for the amount of business they get they are clearly a well ran ihop so why hasn’t corporate given them a bigger restaurant I’m not sure but the manager was very pleasant his staff was quick and checked in when they werent.

This was the last restaurant I visited before heading to the airport on my return day. I heard the food was delicious, and it was. It was a rainy day, so the atmosphere was perfect. I ordered a steak omelet and original pancakes, and it's enough for at least two or three people.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience — Hair in My Food and Rude Waitress
Let me just start by saying this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. There was a lady with bright orange-red hair (never caught her name), and there were pieces of her hair floating in our hot chocolate — completely disgusting. She was also our waitress and had the nastiest attitude from the start.
We told her our order clearly, but she decided to bring whatever she felt like serving. I ordered steak and eggs (no hashbrowns) and cheese eggs with sausage links for my baby. Instead, she brought out plain eggs for my baby and a plate for me that was mostly cold hashbrowns and onions with maybe three tiny chunks of steak.
When I asked nicely for my food to be remade the correct way, they told me “that’s how it comes” and refused to fix it. Between the hair in our drink, the attitude, and the disrespect, I completely lost my appetite. I left hungry, pregnant, and upset all because the staff and management couldn’t care less. To make it worse, she dropped the bill on our table before we even got our food. Terrible service from start to finish. Management needs to address this because no paying customer should ever be treated like this.
