Waited 48 minutes at table before wait staff noticed us. Served one of us five minutes before second person. We ordered the same item! Good food; terrible service.

Soo, after ordering delivery through the IHOP website, I received a incomplete order. I called the store to see about a correction about this, but was told by who I assume to be the night manager that the only way to correct their mistake was for me to physically come up to the restaurant tonight myself. Well, if I were capable I would! But despite explaining this to him, his only solution was to repeat this - come up there tonight, before 5am, and I can have it fixed! Unfortunately, this does not work for me. Despite him asking what I would like for him to do (and providing suggestions!), nothing but this outcome seemed to be his solution! Upon a second phonecall, placed by my partner, we were told that he has no clearance to issue a refund, and can do nothing to correct this. Kinda bummed the night. 🙁

Horrible cook yuck I just left there and I was charged $5.50 for some toast that was hard. The cook is not what I’m used to here. Mr. Slack used to be the manager here and the experience and food was always top notch. Definitely has went downhill and I advise anyone to save your money and cook at home. Spending money at these restaurants is getting us charged way more and less quality food and service. Then expect a tip 😅

Very good, very fast, and very attentive service, especially for an IHOP.
As a bonus, they've never brought me any cold food, which is better than any other IHOP I've been to, so if you're feeling cheap breakfast fare, especially along the Streetcar route? This is your bet.

Terrible food, mean manager, and slow service. I wish i could give them 0 stars. They have a maniac manager that tows hourly as soon as you leave! Stay away from the area!

Wish I could give negative stars. Went in for dinner and when I came back out to the IHOP customers parking lot, my car was stolen by Gary’s towing company. They offered a ransom for $600 and out of desperation I payed it. My car which I’ve never had problems with now has problems for some reason and I can only link it to this awful night.
This place doesn't allow those under 55 to order BLTs. Blatant age discrimination for absolutely no reason. I want to give you money but you won't let me because, at 28 years old, you don't think I'm old enough to eat a BLT? An absurd place. Avoid.
