Super unsanitary experience! The women creating my poke bowl went straight from handling payment at the checkout machine to using her hand to scoop rice into my bowl, and all the other toppings. No changing of gloves in between!! And she stopped to do other tasks with the same gloves while making the bowl… food safety fail x 10.

Ordered the Sumo Crunch combo from IJ Sushi Burrito's app last night, and it's more cost-effective than other platforms. Sumo Crunch is my favorite burrito - it's rich in flavor with a crispy outer layer. The only downside was that the avocado had slightly darkened, likely from sitting out for the afternoon. However, after a full day of work, this meal was truly a delight. Fast service, reasonable prices - highly recommend!

I ordered at 6:20pm. They accepted the order then cancelled 40 minutes later and didn't even notify me. Only justification given to delivery person: "we close at 7pm". So why did you accept the order 40 minutes before? Organize yourselves and treat your clients with more respect, please.

The sushi burritos are delicious and loaded with veggies. I love that as a vegetarian these is a great meal option. Highly recommend trying it.
Pretty good. Eel sauce was good. Tasted really fresh. Got a massive spiny tuna bowl for $12. Would like to try the buritto next time. Staff was really nice. Healthy option for a mall.

ATTENTION OWNERS of IJ Sushi Burrito: This afternoon around 12:30 PM I stood at the counter of your restaurant, eager to order and try your food. I stood there for 5 minutes patiently as no one was in the front of the counter to service customers. Because your food looked fresh and tasty I remained patient, but ultimately was forced to yell towards the back of the kitchen 'excuse me'...however, when the woman with the horrific attitude emerged and began callously interacting, expressing rudeness and resentment for being there, and an unwillingness to even answer the most basic of questions we immediately just walked off. What a poor excuse for someone responsible for 'customer service'. I can only imagine how much business/$ you all have lost as a result of this woman, it's a real shame because you all look to have nice food, but I never got the chance to test that hypothesis. I recommend you 'hard pivot' and get someone who appreciates their job to be the face of your business, otherwise you will miss out (and possibly be unfairly scored poorly) due to the poor disposition of your employee rather than the quality of your food. This was as constructive as I could be, honestly the worst attitude I've encountered in quite some time.

This is a little place at the food court in Westlake center. I was quite impressed by the freshness and cleanliness of the food. As a person with a very sensitive stomach I know that I’m taking a chance every time I eat out, so it’s a very pleasant surprise to enjoy fresh salmon, great veggies and 0 tummy issues! 5 stars for service as well, a very kind and patient person took my order and offered a suggestion when I asked for a no sugar alternative to water ? Atmosphere: it’s a food court.
