First time dining and it was very good! Gabriella was fantastic and took really great care of us. One of the more bang for your buck places to eat that we came across during our time in Seattle. Will definitely be recommending it to others, and we'll be back ourselves in the future.

Delicious food and thoughtful service. They asked if we had anywhere to be to make sure we would finish dinner in time. They also accommodated us when we added a person to our table. Would definitely return!

Il Bistro has officially earned its spot as one of Pike Place Market's greatest hits. It's the kind of authentic Italian spot that doesn't need to brag. Its homemade pastas do all the talking. The moment you walk in, the cozy, dimly lit vibe whispers “date night success”. The bistro-style tables add to the charm, and the service is the kind that makes you feel like you've wandered into a friend's stylish European dining room. We kicked things off with the sautéed wild prawns, which were cooked perfectly. A little buttery, a little seasoned, and a lot “please bring more.” For mains, we split the Linguine alla Vongole (clams + Andouille sausage = bold move, big payoff) and the Gemmeli con Salsiccia (Gemmeli pasta with peas and Otakian meat). Both dishes were absolute standouts and hit that magical sweet spot of “just the right amount” where you're full but also plotting your next visit. As a pre-dessert (yes, that's a thing and yes, I support it) I had a glass of their Limoncello. Smooth, bright, and dangerously easy to sip. We wrapped things up with the salted caramel gelato, which felt like the Italian version of a mic drop. The perfect ending to a very good meal.

Wow! This restaurant is delicious!! Best chicken parm and fociaatia bread ever! We shared the chicken parm and still couldn't eat it all. Ambience is perfect. Would definitely go back and plan on doing so!

The food was delicious. The bread was unlike anything we've tasted. Reminded me of a cross between a muffin and focaccia bread. We shared the entree which left us feeling satisfied, not stuffed. Our wine was excellent and high quality. No headache in the morning. The ambience was exactly what we were looking for; low lighting, romantic, old world charm. The evening would have been perfect had we not listened to the table next to us share about their digestive issues with garlic.

Our dinner at iL Bistro was another example of mediocre overpriced food in a Seattle restaurant. Our server was impersonal, borderline unfriendly, perfunctory, mediocre. Just like the whole experience. The Caprese salad was overpriced and basic. The pastas were all satisfactory... just simply nothing remarkable or memorable. The tiramisu was the best item that we had, solid/good but not exceptional. Il Bistro is overpriced... not a good value. I do not think we will be going here again, unless for a drink in the very cool looking bar area.

We had a delicious dinner during a recent trip to Seattle. The lasagna was perhaps the best we have had: so flavorful and surprisingly light. Only issue was the bar was exceedingly slow with wine and drinks... A superb meal and dining experience.

Went there once and truly loved everything about it.

The food was fabulous. The ambience, very romantic, though the noise level was over the top.

We really enjoyed II Bistro. I got the steak and my wife got the chicken parmigiana. Both were great!

Ambiance is nice, service outstanding, food mediocre - it's classic American Italian food.

We had the pre-fix dinner and it was great! We enjoyed the attentive service and good food! I thought the dining room was a little too dark.

After an exhausting day, we discovered this little gem, and it was simply perfect for us. I can't believe we had never been here before! The dark and moody ambiance created an incredibly romantic setting for dinner. My only complaint? The food was so amazing that I might have indulged a bit too much! I had the chicken Parmesan, and my husband enjoyed a pizza. We both left feeling absolutely elated! If you haven't been here yet, do yourself a favor and make a reservation—we'll definitely be back!

I'll Bistro made my daughter's 18th birthday very special. The food was amazing, the service was prompt, and even though they are young adults, she and her friends were treated with respect and kindness by the staff. Not all restaurants do that with teenagers so this mom is very grateful for Il Bistro giving my daughter a wonderful birthday experience 🫶
