Wow! We had a fantastic experience at Il Bistro last night. My mom and sisters were in town visiting and I wanted to take them somewhere fun with great vibes and incredible food. Kate was our server and she was awesome. We had a great time- food was incredible, portions are generous and it was a fun atmosphere where the restaurant stayed open late for everyone celebrating the Hawks win. Get the espresso martini (it's one of the best in Seattle). 10/10, great date night spot...
Our waiter was just checking a box in his service level, but the ancillary staff were very attentive. They must've filled our water 6 times and removed our dishes promptly. The cioppino and pork dish were very flavorful. The ambiance was cozy and a great date night place. It would have been nice if they had a few specials since it was a Saturday night.
