My mom and I used to travel to Italy all the time before the pandemic and after that we have not been back, but we can find it at Il Terrazo and we we love it here! We come at least a couple times a month. The food is always top notch and we usually get the same waiter. His name is Eric. He is amazing! And so good at his job! Thank you for always giving us a five star experience.

We dressed up for a white tablecloth dinner. Nice space with a nice table. However our waiter was simply very poorly trained. One of the appetizers what prosciutto and melon. I asked “is the melon cantaloupe?” Waiter said yes. It came out with honeydew which I do not like. We had an aperitif and Aldo ordered a $200 bottle of wine. The waiter brought a decanter, opened the wine and poured me a taste, it was fine so he poured it into the decanter. He brought the entrees and never came back to the table until we were done. Never poured any wine or checked on us at all. A $400+ meal with service that sucked. At this price point should we have to reach across the table to the corner to grab the decanter to pour the wine?

It was our first visit to Seattle and based on reviews we selected this "hidden gem" as our one and only dinner. (I say "hidden" because we did have a bit of trouble finding it from the street as you have to enter through double doors and walk back into the building) It is a "gem" because everything from food to service was impeccable. Sergio our waiter was very friendly and attentive. We ordered freshly sliced prosciutto with flavorful melon along with entrees of perfectly cooked rigatoni and delicately seared scallops with mushroom risotto. For dessert we shared a lovely tiramisu. The meal was exceptional from start to finish! Obviously many families select this restaurant for special occasions and birthdays as it was a bit loud when we came for a 7pm reservation. However, things quieted down after some of the larger parties left. If you are looking for great Italian food, we highly recommend this restaurant!

Great food! Great service. One of our favorite restaurants in Seattle and definitely our favorite Italian.

It was my first time here, to celebrate my wife's birthday. I placed a reservation online and indicated that it was her birthday. There were quite a few birthdays around but it seems our celebration was the only one not prioritized. For the couples around us, the staff seemed to know that everyone else was celebrating and received a card but we were left a little disappointed in this aspect. Although not necessarily, it did make us feel excluded among the tables around us. First I will say, we sat outside and the ambiance is beautiful, perfect for a romantic date night and free validated parking right around the corner. For our service, our server didn't introduce himself to us, although he was nice and patient with us mispronouncing all the dishes. Now for the food! We had the bruschetta Trio, it was quite tasty, I wouldn't say it's anything to write home about, you can definitely buy all these ingredients from the store and put it together yourself for half the price. My wife and I would've given it a 6.5/10 (10 being the highest) And to the pasta, I had the fettuccine with pesto and shrimp, it was delicious. I would definitely get that again (8/10). My wife had the spaghetti ortolano, with goat cheese, tomatoes, spinach and pine nuts. It was extremely underwhelming for the price we paid for it. It was very much the same though as the bruschetta, that we could buy this and make it at home. It was lacking in flavor and the spinach was very bitter. (4/10) Overall a nice ambiance, could be a nice experience and delicious meal, maybe we got the wrong things, but I wouldn't rush back to try it again, nor would I highly recommend to my friends or family. But again, I did only try these few items so there might be other things that are a lot better that I haven't tried.

We had excellent veal scaloppine and salmon for the entrees. Good attentive service and wonderful warm atmosphere.

I don't dine here near as often as I should. Its service and food are excellent and pricing moderate. A dinner with friends last evening was exceptional start to finish. Veal scallopini, linguine with clams, lobster risotto with soft shell crab, cauliflower and pasta fagiole soups, charred romaine, and sautéed spinach were of exceptional quality. Among the best and most reliable restaurants in Seattle for a memorable meal.

Excellent service and great food and wine. They were very kind accommodating additional guests -large family & friends dinner-. Every staff member was kind. Our server was a star, he paid attention to every detail. We were the last table to leave the restaurant and they didn't rush us at any point. This is customer service and centricity at its best.

Everything from the service to the salad to the duck was amazing. The restaurant itself is beautifully laid out and comfortable. Service impeccable! Best part was dessert! Must have the red velvet.
