I can't say enough good things about this place! After not being able to find parking, that wasn't almost $100 at our chosen restaurant, and then leaving a second restaurant because the prices had almost doubled since the last time we've been there, we rolled into Imperial, hungry and frustrated, an hour and a half after we had intended to have dinner to celebrate my husband's birthday, rolling the dice on a completely unknown restaurant.

Really cool place by the water . Food was good the gyoza was hot , the cheeseburgers were great the udon and dumplings fantastic but the ribeye was thin and not very flavorful. Also, most restaurants downtown close for a little siesta 2pm till 430pm. We walked from hotel but, some steep streets. Be careful and wear tennis shoes .
Nice vibe and friendly server, still open at 10pm. An eclectic but yummy-sounding variety of cuisines present in the menu options (from Chinese to Peruvian!?). However, our pepper steak came way too peppery/salty, and was also overcooked. Veggies on the side were simple and nothing to write home about (canned corn and onion slices leaning RAW). We weren't really impressed and probably won't be coming back.
