Glad the buffet is back!I wish there were more options. Only saag as a vegetable curry. No eggplant or potato or cauliflower. And no samosas or pokora. And why are there waffle fries? That’s just strange and kind of sad.Everything is delicious.

We got the lunch special. The lunch dish comes with 3 portions of either meat option or vegetarian option, a drink, a nann, and a dessert. They have big portions too. It is definitely a lot of food for $16 and good price for Seattle. The chicken in the butter chicken was dry and the sauce tastes more like tomato bisque. The lamb dish was better but not much flavor and more potatoes than lamb. We got garlic nann but doesn’t taste any garlic in it. Overall, the food is pretty blend and no spices. They didn’t ask how spicy we wanted either so not sure if it’s because we can’t customize it or they forgot to ask us.The environment of the place was nice and clean. Easy access by bus or metro.
The portions are generous for price. A texas size deal in seattle. Love it!

I’ve dined in and taken out a couple times. Their food is overall good. I will definitely go again. If you get takeout, they do skimp a bit. Most recently, my Butter Chicken had maybe 5 bites of chicken in the whole container, which is not worth $17. Whereas, in person we had plenty of food for dinner and leftovers.Included a photo of one of our takeout containers for reference (it is tikka masala).

Absolutely great service, my glass of water was never empty and the staff was very attentive and kind. The food is delicious, and comes with a very nice presentation. This restaurant is one of my favorites in the neighborhood for Indian cuisine, they have a buffet available for lunch and offer comfy booths for seating. Thank you!

Amazing food at very reasonable prices!!I didn't feel like leaving my apartment, so I decided to try a new spot by ordering in. The first thing that caught my eye at India Bistro was the Gobi Manchurian - something I have struggled to find in Seattle. I ended up piling a mountain of food into my cart and waited for my food.I'll start with the mango lassi - it was sweet, thick, and delicious. Despite being a smaller sized drink, it was extremely filling - I had to stop halfway so I could eat some food as well! The Gobi Manchurian was flavorful and crispy, but be warned that even their mild option had quite the kick! I was extra thankful for the mango lassi at that point.I also got a garlic naan, navratran korma, and gulab jamun for dessert. The korma was so creamy and delicious, and extremely flavorful despite being a mild curry! The gulab jamun were fried to perfection and simply melted in my mouth. The naan was also pretty good, although I do wish it came in pieces instead of one giant slab.Overall, I am obsessed with India Bistro and will absolutely come by in person next time!

Just thinking about the food makes me hungry, highly recommend the mango mousse, aloo tikki, and tandoori chicken. It’s amazing. I am starving.
