Loved the Sumibi flavor on the meat. The induction was well done and the store not Smokey at all. The meat quality was good. The marinade could be a little sweeter to be more like Japanese yakiniku. Also personally would prefer no furikake on the rice. Whole point is eating it with the meat but I’ll know to ask for that next time. Favorite cut in this set was the kalbi.
