Initial server was blunt and to the point. “How many”, “Bar or table”, “menu is on the QR code”.

Different server came to take our order and was extremely friendly and quick.

Initial server came back and I think they were just having an off day. More positive and accommodating attitude during our meal.

Everyone’s able to take orders by ear quickly and efficiently 📋

End of meal, everything turn into an amazing experience after an iffy start. Will definitely visit again!

Everything is awesome! Food, drinks, staff....its a great spot. Also great value in my opinion. Also consistently a large number of Japanese folks eating there! Always a good impression. I've spent time in Tokyo and this spot is better than some places I ate there!

Went in for my birthday right before last call (plans always get shuffled around by life), and the team was so so nice even while the pace of the night was a bit hurried.
Softest, slightly sweet sashimi (add some lemon juice to it!)

I love all the foods here but be aware of the wait time if you are going to dine in

I went there for happy hour specials. I enjoyed several items but especially the takoyaki and hot sake. Service was a little slow and had help getting a server, but it was busy.

The food was much better than I expected as a picky Japanese food lover. I only tired Happy hour menu and Yakitori impressed me. But I’d suggest skip maki (rolls) as I didn’t think it was rolled well. Agedashi tofu was kinda disappointing with the uneven coating. I’d also skip Kalbi and order more yakitori instead.

First time visiting and it was phenomenal! The food was delicious, and the happy hour is truly amazing with unbeatable value. Even outside of happy hour, the sashimi on the regular menu is excellent quality and still fairly priced. The service is warm, friendly, and makes you feel like you’re in Japan. The ambience is comfortable, pleasant, and perfect for enjoying a meal. I’ll definitely be coming back — a real gem!

I like going to their happy hour (430-630 everyday) and there's usually a group of people waiting for them to open. If I can't sit down, I'll pick up a bento box for $16. They have a couple choices and you get a lot of food. The potato croquettes are one of my favorite side dishes.

Everything was AMAZING. Pork belly and chicken thigh skewers and sashimi were our favs! The sashimi was such great quality for an insane price.

Ordering style is to order a bunch of small things as you eat. Each plate is very affordable and of exceptional quality. Service was amazing and very friendly. We had trouble finding an Izakaya in Chinatown as all of them were very small and exclusive, and this one was an amazing pick. Can’t wait to come back here next time I’m in Seattle.

Fantastic pork belly skewers, salmon & mackerel! Attentive staff and the other skewers were also delicious, but ordered another round of the pork belly skewers.

There's something for everyone on the menu, no matter what you're craving. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. Our go-to place for Japanese food.

Food was pretty good. The kalbi, yakiton and yakitori were the standouts. Sushi was ok too.
