Used to go here all the time when I lived in the UD, now that I live on the Eastside I stop here whenever I have to go into Seattle. Why? Because it's awesome, that's why. The food is tasty (I'm particularly a fan of the chicken and beef teriyaki - ask him to make it spicy - and the rice is so good I just get it for both sides. The bulgogi and sweet and sour chicken are also honorable mentions.) There's always just one dude doing all the orders and cooking...

A quiet and cozy spot for a good bite to eat. We went to get pickup and the staff was really warm and welcoming. The place was really clean and the food was really well priced for the portion sizes. I also felt like there was quite a lot of care taken to ensure the ingredients were fresh and cooked to perfection.

The food we ordered wasn't the most fancy, but it still managed to surprise me in just how well everything came together.

I’ve dined in twice now and oh my god. SO GOOD. I’m super picky with my food and unfortunately get full very easily and wow. Wow. Wow. I ate everything. Giant plate of beef fried rice for $13 AND comes with some of the best miso soup I’ve ever had. Shared with my S/O and filled us up.
