Absolutely amazing. Food was delicious, especially the mussels. The red curry sauce they came in was perfect, adding spice and flavor. Add some of the sauce to my salmon on the Spicy Blackened Alaskan Sockeye Caesar Salad, and holy crap was that a great idea. My partner got the Cajun Salmon & Chips, also fantastic. Not very spicy, and the breading was nice and light compared to usual fish n' chips. Also shout out the service! Kind, helpful, and gave great recommendations when we asked. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I recommend this location to any locals or visitors, you will not be disappointed.

I love Ivar Clam Chowder!! I don't like clam so I bought the salmon version, and it was still great! only thing I would change is the salt content, because it was pretty salty. Still delicious though!!
The people there were nice and pleasant! We went there late in the day but there was still a nice peaceful atmosphere. It also has wheelchair service and an accessible ramp in the front.

Ivar's Salmon House has one of the best views in the city. It has a massive sail up porch that makes it feel more like a Carolinas inner passage restaurant. Sit outside on a sunny day and enjoy the space needle, float planes, and kayakers on Lake Union. They have a good seafood selection and a variety of beer and drinks. One of my favorite places on a summer afternoon.

This restaurant is typical, nothing special. The food is average, quality of service is poor, floor, tables and chairs are dirty. Our family had salmon which was good, ahi tuna, calamari, crab cakes and oysters, which were just fine. The thing which I like is a views from terrace (but take a note that noice from bridge is terrible and there are no space for privacy).

Came here with the family after a day on the lake. It's a great location (we dined outside, not in the interior dining area) and the food overall was fairly good. The service wasn't as speedy as I had hoped. Refills took too long and the tables were too close together. The view is nice, which is why most people probably come here. Finding a spot to dock your boat can take a little time during certain parts of the day. Overall is was a nice dinner after a fun day on the water.

Too expensive for what you get. The salmon was slightly overcooked.

This place was phenomenal! Was looking for some amazing seafood and this was it. Outdoor dock/patio was the vibe we wanted, and the food was delicious. Service got busy with the tables for a while, but other than that they were super friendly and attentive.
