I tried to place an order for pick up but there were minimal customization options online. I called them to talk about my order and no one answered to assist my order after making multiple calls over 15 minutes. They eventually told me they refused to fix my order and would cancel my order if I did not accept the food.

Nkt sure what happened to their junior burgers but stopped in for a late night snack and it was awful! Stick with the bigger entrees or whats currently being advertised.

Did a drive through order. The attendant was great and really funny. I didn't catch her name but she was good. Food was right and hot. I think we waited no more than 3 minutes from order to driving away.

Jack in the Box is a staple so when I moved here it's one of the first places I went to I was familiar with. Now, granted, this Jack and my Jack back home don't taste the same but I think it's just in my head. Lol, my favorite item to get are the jalapeño poppers and I do like the breakfast for dinner for me. Meat Lovers Breakfast burrito is pretty good. Anywhere I move I'll always look for a Jack!

My experience with management and staff is that they give there all and another is that there always polite in the morning shift and food always fresh that’s a big plus for me and that’ good service every time I come in the am
