The morning time will be the only time I eat from this location. For some reason overnight doesn’t make the food fresh. Got an ultimate bacon cheeseburger and for the second time it’s not edible. Cheese not melted bacon hard. I tried to microwave it but it doesn’t taste how it would being fresh Morning crew has no problem making the food cooked to order. I will bring this back when I clock out to hopefully get it remade and won’t go back overnights since they don’t care about quality

Walked in at 8am (posted lobby time is 6am) to pick up mobile order. Employees watched as I tried opening both doors, which were locked. Had to walk through the drive-in, waited 5 minutes at the menu, walked up to the window, and an annoyed employee took sweet time coming up to greet me. Good luck if you don't have a car.

So I had a craving of a bacon ultimate cheese burger and when I got to this place the cashier directed me to the self order register instead of just taking my order so he could take the order of the people behind me and when I finished placing my order and I was paying cash he had to re do my order just wasting my time and his for no good reason and I much rather go to the McDonald's nearby. And am glad that the kiosk is going to take thier job .
