You know what you are getting with Jack in the Box. It's not a Michelin star restaurant but it is one of the best fast food places on the west coast. The good is consistent and tasty and inexpensive. The menu is expansive and caters to all sorts of cravings at any time of day or night. I always go when I visit the West Coast

My order was completely messed up, and it seemed like the staff struggled to understand my requests, which led to further confusion. The service felt disorganized, and it took far too long to address the issue. Unfortunately, this made the experience very disappointing, and I hope the management takes steps to improve staff training and order accuracy. I won’t be returning unless I hear about significant changes. Hire competent employees

Great food. Great service. Decent prices. They don't do chicken faitas any more but wish they would make them in the wraps now. :-(
Paid for cheese they asked what kind etc, then didnt put the cheese on.. and the bread was like, smashed ? 2nd stars only cuz they threw in free curly fries for the mix up, otherwise it's 1, even tho they def just slapped a piece of cheese on each of the sandwiches and didnt melt it or anything. Changed back to 1 cuz the curly fries, the ones I paid for, had GREEN in them!! Wtf 🤢

They don't care one little bit about the customer. She handed me a coke through the window and the lid was not attached. I said that just dumped all over my lap because the lid is not on. Blank stare. I said can I get some napkins which she did give me. Then I tried to attach lid and realized either the lid or the cup was defective. I said this lid won't stay on. Blank stare while grinning like an idiot. Oh well, at least this time I didn't see human feces in the flower beds. I've had worse experiences here.

Never again will I purchase anything from this chain. I ordered a smashed jack double, combo with curly fries add cheese on the fries. $20.27 Apart from being ridicoulously over priced, I was short 0.02 cents and I was not going to break a 20 for 2 cents so when the attendant asked for the 2 cents I told her I didn't have it. She refused to give me my order and handed my money back to me. Really? Great way to lose a customer!
