I order 4 items from here and only got 2. Tried to call them as it was a pick up order but they ignore all incoming calls. Overall bad service and lazy workers.

I stood at the register for over 5 minutes waiting for one of the three employees to come and take my order. This is not the first time this has happened, this is not the fifth time this has happened. This Jack In The Box by far has the worst customer service. Please hire employees that actually care about customer service, considering they work in the food and hospitality industry.

Working with the city in my high viz work gear, tried to use the restroom after my coworker was allowed to and the lady behind the counter said it was only for customers. But he'd JUST been allowed to. Rules for some but not for all? Now I'm not going to be a customer.

There's acouple employees who aren't super scummy but the vast majority are either racist or super rude. Grossest bathroom in seattle by a mile. Please see a Healthcare professional if you need to use them. its actually kindof unbelievable they haven't been shutdown it's so nastyThey assume anyone with a beard or backpack is homeless and up to something. Unless you are of Spanish descent don't expect to get anything but bs from this location. Ah, the employees, such paragons of respectability, each one a shining example of customer service… *if* your standards are dismal. As for the food? It’s nothing short of an insult to the very notion of cuisine—a mere pretense of sustenance, masquerading as something edible. And then, to cap off this farce, they close at 10 PM instead of the civilized hour of midnight. But of course, when you point this out, they argue that they are in the right, as though their decision were a matter of divine decree. And as if this all weren’t absurd enough, they still accept your mobile order after closing. One must wonder if they simply take delight in serving mediocrity, wrapped in the guise of convenience.

I ordered a 6 piece French toast and requested 3 syrups…..I received 1 syrup for my 6 piece French toast order. Now I could understand if my request wasn’t specific but I asked for the amount I know it takes for me to eat my 6 French toast sticks.
With random locations closing down all over Washington you’d think they could at LEAST accommodate my request, my total was close to $20 and now I’m giving 1 star because a simple request couldn’t be accommodated.
Edited to add: There were only 4 sticks after all maybe this explains being given 1 syrup……

The jack wrap tasted sour, immediately felt sick after eating it. The straw for the iced coffee was warm and it was very watered down. Not gonna be coming here again.
It's kinda sketchy but it's a decent Jack in the Box.

Came in on 3 separate occasions, the first time was at 9:00pm trying to order a number 21, this indian lady took my order allowed me to go to the window and thats then when she told me the grill was “off” and breakfast isnt all day… the very nect night there was a different gentleman that took my order let me know that what the woman was doing previously was wrong and the grill should be on at all times . I came back tonight and the same rude indian woman was in drive through I ordered my usual and she just rudely told me this time the grill was off i told her that i knew breakfast was 24hrs and she just ignored me and never got back on the microphone so i could order something different. That woman is extremely unprofessional and lazy. I believe her name is adilaya there are multiple reviews about her.

I ordered spicy chicken burger combo , and when I opened at home , I got the worst chicken ever , the chicken didn’t have spice but it was burnt , I don’t know why Jack in the box exists , Not worth at all guys. Jack in the box please don’t fool people like this .
