Let cars in the drive through. Left an automated message at 10:00 exactly with 5 cars still in the line.

Jack in the Box offers a great variety of fast food, from juicy burgers to breakfast items served all day. The curly fries are a standout, and the menu has something for everyone. Service is generally fast and friendly, and the drive-thru adds convenience. While the quality can be a bit inconsistent at times, it’s still a reliable spot for a quick, satisfying meal. Solid choice for fast food lovers.

Usually under staffed however still the employees kick ass!! Food is always hot and made to order, friendly staff. Weird drive through concept though, window 2 is complicated to get close to without 2 maneuvers. All good otherwise!!

Food - it's jack in the box
Service - as quick as other spots but nive and friendly in the early morning, so that's nice.
Atmosphere - the few clientele there that early were seedy, to say the least. However, the staff were friendly.
In conclusion, I got what I needed at it, and it was an average experience.

First time i came to this location i was waiting 20 min after ordering and was told you go to the next window. After waiting for 20 min a lady came to ask me what i was doing. She demanded my receipt which i gave her then she brung out my food. They just had my order sitting. I was the only person in the drive thru. Second time, only person in the drive thru. 15 min for a breakfast sandwich. What is going on?

As a child in Dallas, I loved Jack in the Box and I can remember when Jack sold it. "The Box" went quickly into obscurity. I was happy it came back. However, because Seattle is the way it is, I wasn't able to sit inside. The dining room is closed to the public as are a lot of places here. I can, in some instances, see the validity of that decision especially downtown but it wasn't far from Rainier Beach, the kid friendly part of town, and seemed out of place for a closed dining room.

Good service for the most part
The breakfast burgers and regular burgers I had were both good. The customer service was also excellent and the parking area is also fine to eat your food.

This location has a perplexing habit of asking drive through customers to drive around to the window on the other side of the building to pick up their order. This means you're either going through the wrong way and making a sharp turn in order to have the window on the driver's side, OR you go through the correct way but the window is on the passenger side of the car, making it hard to reach over.
I did a bit of research and discovered that this is becoming more common at fast food restaurants because there is a sensor that detects how long a car has been waiting AT THE WINDOW. So employees are incentivized to game the sensor by directing the car to another location where they actually bring your food. This is a classic example of attempting to manage via metrics, which always leads to people optimizing for the metric (in this case, time spent at the window) instead of the ostensible goal of the metric (to improve customer satisfaction by ensuring wait times aren't too long).
Parking: There are at least a dozen parking spots including two handicap spots which is a little weird for a store with no indoor seating and who's business seems to be dominated by drive-through and walk-up customers.
