It is everything as advertised, as far as a fast food restaurant. The guy at the drive up window was pleasant and efficient. The food is exactly what I expected. I will try this place again to give an update....by the way, try the mini tacos......They are actually really good

This location is all over the place. The staff routinely do not include sauce with your order. Even after getting the district manager involved they apparently have a store meeting to discuss not including sauce with the mini tacos even though they are advertised that they come with the avocado lime sauce. The store manager was nice and polite but you struggle to understand her on the phone. This location has turned into McDonald's in dropping the ball with every order I've ever ordered from them. Whatever you do do not order Uber eats from this location because your order will be wrong when you get it!

They're always rude at both aurora, Seattle, Washington, locations.They're mostly rude at the 85th and Aurora location the most. Do not dare try to order anything through the drive through without triple checking your order on 85th and Aurora. I can guarentee that it will be wrong somehow. And the Jack n the box on 125th and Aurora are very rude as well except they get your order right 75% of the time compared to 20% of the time at the 85th and aurora location.Just because you barely speak English doesn't give someone the right to treat me bad. Like I made the english language up and it's my fault you dont you understand what I keep saying to you, I want a number 2 combo I said a number 2 combo.No not only burger by self I want number 2 combo. Easy easy easy. Wait can I get a job. You wontnlose so many customers and piss a bunch of customers offYeah, I said it. And it's a long time coming I should have said it 10 years ago and I'm not sorry

On Sunday 4/19 8:35pm this place told me after waiting for the car ahead of me that it would not take my order for 20 minutes. Now there's a car behind me and I can't get out. So I got to tell them I want to leave because this is bull shot they said they were fully booked with only 4 cars in the drive through.

I got funky tacos and did not get the water i requested. It was late and raining and there was a long wait for one drive thru in front of me. First time of all Jack in the Box tacos not tasting right.
