I don't expect a lot from any fast food restaurant. All I ask is you be able to take the order. Make the food as ordered. Provide the correct order to the customer in a reasonable time.

I understand this is not the safest area, so my visit was strictly for takeout. Before placing my order, I asked if I could use the restroom key. The employee appeared annoyed and asked if I intended to make a purchase, to which I replied yes. Unfortunately, the restroom was in deplorable condition—filthy, with paper strewn everywhere. Even so, I proceeded to order churros, which, to their credit, were quite tasty. That said, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if possibl

I don't really order food at Jack In The Box today was one of those days I decide to go and place an order and then for some reason I ordered a shake and then she put some whipped cream and I ordered the shake no whipped cream then I asked for a new one they don't give me a new one and then after that I order a barbecue fries and when I open the back does fries are missing and after that that make me park for like 10 minutes and they still messing up my order.

Its good! I dont recommend the app for delivery because i have had issues with it, but this location is nice and friendly and also very understanding
It was rude disrespectful. It was not leading as a customer service person in the window. He needs to be fired. He has a big belly and he doesn’t know how to talk to customers. I’m calling corporate on him first thing in the morning he was trash, went down the street got treated very well and got what I needed. Thank Miss Darla

Vegetarians beware! You'll order a breakfast sandwich with no meat, they'll repeat the order back, and you might just take a big bite of juicy disgusting bacon in your sandwich like we did. This isn't the first time either. It's evident they just modified a sandwich with meat and missed a piece. Unacceptable laziness! Make a new sandwich! Employees don't care about getting it right at all.
