Clean toilet
It was rude disrespectful. It was not leading as a customer service person in the window. He needs to be fired. He has a big belly and he doesn’t know how to talk to customers. I’m calling corporate on him first thing in the morning he was trash, went down the street got treated very well and got what I needed. Thank Miss Darla

Vegetarians beware! You'll order a breakfast sandwich with no meat, they'll repeat the order back, and you might just take a big bite of juicy disgusting bacon in your sandwich like we did. This isn't the first time either. It's evident they just modified a sandwich with meat and missed a piece. Unacceptable laziness! Make a new sandwich! Employees don't care about getting it right at all.
Let us use drive thru as we were riding lime scooters. Very accommodating!
I watched the drive through worker rub his nose then touch people’s food. I asked if he washed his hands but he didn’t speak English. I didn’t eat the food but still good sick from touching what he touched. Disgusting.
Absolutely ridiculous. Let me order food through the app but when I arrived the restaurant was closed. Not acceptable whatsoever
You always, always, always mess up my order. I am allergic to tomato. Every time I say, No ketchup, No tomato. You say okay. You don't confirm the order you just say pull forward and take 10 minutes to get me my food. Then, I bite in, starving, only to have a horrible reaction because you did not listen or confirm my order, again, and again. I am livid. Train your drive thru people better.
Ordered through drive thru, ordered Burria tiny taco box, no total, went to window, she walked off with the credit card, no total, no receipt, handed out box of tiny tacos, we waited to tell her we got the wrong thing, she was perturbed and said no we didn’t, she said we ordered the wrong thing. Handed her a credit card again, no total no receipt, handed the card back and asked us to wait in the parking space. I feel like in customer service you should give total and receipt, evidently she does it differently. I still don’t have the receipt to tell you who she is, a older Hispanic lady

I placed an order with the app. It was confirmed and I was charged. I later get a message from the Door Dash driver saying that My order had been cancelled and to call Jack in the Box. I have been calling and nobody answers the phone nor have they refunded the money that they charged me. This is criminally Bad.

I truly wanted to be a silent 5 star review. Unfortunately, every staff member at this jack in the box location was a highly dedicated worker but 1 single person. He was very challenging, rude, and brave. This was the night of 11/16. However I have a very hard time understanding why this worker feels it is ok to use work as a playground

Parking: This business located in the northern end of Seattle in the , Lowe's shopping plaza, to which is in between 125th and 135th .
Overall was just usual typical stop for some lunch , the food was hot and the fries were excellent. I had Dr Pepper for the drink. Overall this Jack inbox gets good marks with me . The Staff was courteous and attentative.
