Jack's BBQ - Columbia Tower

Excellent service from Elizabeth! She was so friendly and attentive! I ordered brisket with mac & cheese and potato salad and my friend ordered the bacon & blues burger with a brisket add on and talk about mouth watering! We also ordered the fried pickle jar and highly recommend that appetizer! We saved our leftovers for the next day and it went just as hard! Amazing hospitality from this establishment and the vibe was so country it felt like we were back home in Texas! Don’t skip out on the banana pudding and a big thank you to management and the cooks who help keep the place running smooth!

We LOVE Jack's! Great bbq, wonderful service, and tasty beverages! We had delicious steaks on 4/30 and they were AMAZING!! Colon's service was fabulous, and our entire experience was lovely. Thanks Jack's!!

What is the point of smoking your barbecue for 16 hours if you’re going to serve it just slightly above room temperature? Having grown up in Texas I may have a slightly higher standard for what makes BBQ good, but, serving dry lukewarm meat and calling it Texas style BBQ is pretty disappointing.

Brisket had good flavor it was tender and moist. Collard greens were delicious.

The reason why I recommend Jack’s bbq to people that have never tried this place before is number one it’s a fun place to visit if you never have been there before. My next reason is that the food is really good especially the corn bread and the jalapeño bbq sauce. Number three Jack is a top notch quality guy who knows what he’s doing when it comes to cooking Texas style bbq. Anyways enjoy people while the food lasts and have an awesome day everyone.

One hour and forty minutes. That's how long AFTER we were seated it took to get our food. There was a glitch and our order didn't go through so the waitress informed us. You would think, at that point, that our order would be priority and pushed out immediately. But no. Forty five minutes later we got our food and took it to go. The table next to us sat and cleared twice and still no food. Will not return and definitely would not recommend.

the waiter was a complete jerk. everything was an inconvenience to him. asked for a bill and box cuz my kid was having a meltdown and i needed to leave and it took him over 15 mins to come back with the bill but no box.. it wasn’t busy… also the bathrooms were disgusting… almost unusable… i won’t be back.

Sauce on the side? Sour cream on brisket? Simultaneously operating a pit and a tex-mex restaurant, a "nashville" hot...and COLD frito pie? This is down-right criminal. If y'all were really from Texas y'all'd've done better. Bless your hearts.

Service was good but the brisket was awful and had absolutely no flavor, except now my burps smell like brisket. 1/10
