It's just not as good as homemade smoothies.

Very delicious! I popped in on my way home the other day and the staff were super friendly. I was out of there in less than five minutes with my favorite smoothie in hand, made with care.

This is a typical, well-run Jamba Juice. I LOVE the seasonal Pumpkin Smash smoothie and would get it everyday if I wasn’t broke. This location is clean and seems well managed. Sometimes if they have a lot of online orders it can take a while, but they always work quickly. I come here often and have never had a bad experience.

Incredibly disappointed. I’m not sure if this is just this one location or a company-wide issue, but they have changed their menus again so that literally everything has milk in it! Six years ago most of the menu was either dairy-free, used frozen yogurt (low-lactose), or was designed so dairy items could easily be switched out or substituted.Three years ago they changed the menu so that only a very limited range of “just fruit” items were safe for lactose-intolerant people like myself.Today, I walked in to discover that NONE of those options were available anymore! Every single menu items now lists multiple forms of sherbet AND 2% milk with NO option to make substitutions!I can’t find any explanation for these changes online either, so what gives?! Jamba Juice, why do you keep changing your menu to make it completely inaccessible to the ONE group of people for whom fruit smoothies should be safe?!

This is a typical Jamba. The staff was friendly. If you are planning to be in the U Village this is great. If looking for a quick stop to get a Jamba, there is plenty of parking in the garage, but it may take a bit to find a spot.

Male worker with green hair screams at the top of his lungs when making mistakes and puts off very off putting image for the business

It was a hot day, thus perfect for a Mango Magic here at Jamba Juice. My drink was made to my expectations. The Mango Magic quenched my thirst and kept me cool while shopping here. The interior was clean, and the staff were friendly and efficient. They met my expectations of Jamba Juice.

Wonderful service. The young lady who assisted me was polite and kind. Even went out of her way to look for something for me, that was not part off my order. Always enjoy coming to this location

Item takes a lot of time and man power to prepare, therefore it is VERY expensive and takes a long time if you don't order ahead. Drinks were not that tasty - more healthy. Good meal replacement if you are on a diet or need something light over lunch.

3.5 starsIt had been years since I have been to Jamba Juice that I didn't even know that they had rebranded to Jamba. This location is in University Village; parking at the north parking garage and taking the elevator down takes you directly there. When I had Jamba in the past I'd mostly ordered smoothies, specifically ones on their secret menu (fruity pebbles yummm). This time we decided to get açaí bowls. I ordered the açaí primo ($10.39) which had lots of bananas, strawberries, and blueberries. It was very refreshing with the açaí base. My girlfriend got the belgian waffle parfait with greek yogurt ($10.39) which had less fruit but I liked the waffle texture. Between the two I liked the açaí primo more. The portions were pretty small so chances are you might be hungry again soon.I looked at the prices of the smoothies and was shocked at how expensive they were now! $8-$9 for a smoothie is pretty insane and way more expensive than what I remember. The bowls were decent but not really filling.
