I love their matcha milk tea, especially with the added rose stuff. It's a good location to stop by, but I wish you could ask for less sugar in their special teas. I understand they already use less sugar, but I like even less. Still, I would recommend coming here if you're in the area. Their iced teas are also very good but raise the same sugar problem. Tapioca is cooked just right!

I originally wanted to drink milk tea on Friday, so I went to this store after shopping in the supermarket. I found that it was a coffee shop and a tea shop with pink colors. Because it was too late and I was afraid of falling asleep, I ordered a cup of caffeine-free scented tea, strawberry rose. The taste is that scented tea has a bit of sour and sweet taste. Well enough
The better thing is that there is no sugar in it. The trickier thing is that it comes in tea bags. I bought it for 4.6 dollars. I thought I could cook it for free every day when I go to the office.

Boo! They don't let you alter the sugar for all of their custom drinks, certain drinks can't have milk added, the service was lackluster, and the drink ended up being quite mediocre. I would definitely recommend going to another boba shop in the Chinatown area.

I ordered this tea from ECMS EXPRESS INC, 17651 RAILROAD STREET, CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA 91748At first they said they delivered it but I never got it then I wrote a letter to the address I got from Pay Pal / EBay they sent me, not a box of tea but 5 individual packets of the tea for what I paid I will never order from them againThey also sent the package with my phone number on full display but their number hidden from EBADA (RINCOS)Don’t be fooled ppl be very careful I’ve opted not to use pay pal or eBay again

I bought the chicken banh mi sandwich and I thought that it was actually pretty good. The service was also really good in my opinion, considering there are a fair bit of posts questioning the customer service. Whenever I've been in the area and waited for my food at other food establishements in the same building I also never seen any arguments coming from Jardin Tea.Though reading some of the other comments and seeing similar replies of "watching the cctv footage" comments makes the place a bit less appealing for me now to come back if that is always going to be the response to feedback from customers.P.S: I dont recall the actual name of the sandwich. Only guessing.

Disappointing that you can’t get most of the drinks with less sugar. I went with a tea that could be made 50% sweet, with boba. It was close it $8 and a smaller size than most places serve. The bobs was fresh and yummy, but today I tried another place a couple doors down and got a larger drink, customized to what I wanted for $1.50 less.

Visited from out of state a few days ago!! Went with my mom after one of her friends recommended you guys, and was very let down by the service at the cashier stand. My mom had asked for a substitution and was verbally attacked about it, we tried asking for a manager and was attacked about that too. Went somewhere else, not giving money to an unkind establishment

One of my favorite places to go for bubble tea. Also the one I go to most often. They have a fun menu with a lot of different choices that you can’t find at other places. The tapioca pearls are also always consistently perfect which is something I find is sometimes less consistent at other places.

The service is good, though $7 for boba tea that’s bland and super watery, no milk or tea flavor and only 80% filled of the cup…. Maybe the store is not specialized in making simple boba tea, maybe I ordered the wrong item, but that’s the basic. I guess I’ll recommend to anyone high blood sugar /

I always make time to drop by this cute little spot when I’m in the I.D. I love their rotating seasonal menu and the staff is always friendly. These folks are always great at making recommendations when I’m feeling indecisive! You can actually taste the tea in these drinks rather than getting a mouthful of sugar or chalky texture like some other boba shops. I also appreciate that when I re-order something, the drink always tastes consistent.
