My cousin and I had the crab sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. Also they have a hibiscus slushee that’s very delicious as well. We admired the wall art painted by local artists both inside and outside the restaurant. Definitely a 10/10.

Ain’t been here in a minute but that jerk chicken burrito is great. Little pricey but still tasty.

Bland, dry, slow, small portions. There wasn’t much to like about our meal here.

As a born JAMAICAN I am embarrassed to know that these people are selling chicken made in a deep fryer and calling it “JERK CHICKEN” The food was absolutely disgusting! Trust me It was really bad. I don’t normally make bad comments but this time I had to the food was horrible the rice was stale my shrimp was burnt ! It was HORRIBLE HORRIBLEEEEE!

This was the first restaurants I ordered from when I moved to Seattle. Online ordering said the food was ready; I got to the restaurant and had to wait another 30-45 minutes. They made no effort to compensate for that. Needless to say, I haven't been back there ever since. (Leaving this review 3.5 years after and I'm not sure how the food pictures look the same but the owner's response says it's different restaurants)

they don’t charge the price that you see on the truck. It will change If they feel like they can get more money out of you. Cashier took my money and did not give me my change until I requested it back then did not give me my correct Change and made an excuse as to why. Be sure you don’t mind wasting money before you go

The food was no authentic Caribbean, lacked savory seasoning…. The atmosphere was very nice, and the customer service was on point. I would recommend this place if the food was better…

I've read the reviews but I stand by MY 5 star review based on MY experience, the quality of food I received, the outstanding service, and the vibe at the time I visited. I have had more flavorful island food, but my food was definitely NOT dry. The young man who served us was very attentive and even helped guide us to the restaurant after calling several times because we didn't know about Seattle's horrendously outrageous parking costs. I would recommend trying this restaurant and then stroll by Arte Noir, the cute artistic shop on the corner for some artisan candles and lotions. That would make a nice little complete afternoon.

This place fell off, when this place first opened the food was fantastic. The last few times I went I either had burnt chicken or the rice was stale. This last visit I had stale rice and stale plantains. The chicken was ok. Also I paid for extra sauce(you’re supposed to get two sauces) and they gave me one sauce packet instead of three. Total waste of $22. If you like Jamaican food go to Taste of Caribbean on 12th and Jefferson. The folks here don’t care about their customers.

This place has good food like I mean really good food. I will say that I have to give this review because I showed up today at 8:30 to place an order and they were closed when the hours specifically open till 9 PM. Now that it’s light outside for longer I was low-key expecting them not to be closed this early.

I experienced incredibly rude staff at this location and will never be a patron at this restaurant. Customer service still means something to me. I only support businesses that provide a certain level of decency and thoughtfulness. To me the name of the business fits the experience I had.

Drove 20 minutes to get there, and they were closed 22 minutes before their closing time.
They only thing we got after driving all the way there and finding parking was a hand signal from the clerk inside, meaning they were closed.
