My cousin and I had the crab sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. Also they have a hibiscus slushee that’s very delicious as well. We admired the wall art painted by local artists both inside and outside the restaurant. Definitely a 10/10.
This was the first restaurants I ordered from when I moved to Seattle. Online ordering said the food was ready; I got to the restaurant and had to wait another 30-45 minutes. They made no effort to compensate for that. Needless to say, I haven't been back there ever since. (Leaving this review 3.5 years after and I'm not sure how the food pictures look the same but the owner's response says it's different restaurants)
I've read the reviews but I stand by MY 5 star review based on MY experience, the quality of food I received, the outstanding service, and the vibe at the time I visited. I have had more flavorful island food, but my food was definitely NOT dry. The young man who served us was very attentive and even helped guide us to the restaurant after calling several times because we didn't know about Seattle's horrendously outrageous parking costs. I would recommend trying...
