The lady cutting meat was amazing there’s a guy that was working this is 1050am this guy just throwing my sandwich together not following my instructions I wanted extra mayo and mustard he did not add mustard and he did not even put mayo on my whole sandwich. Then cause he was trying to go so fast started throwing lettuce at me and other customer cause him swinging around my sandwich. I worked for many years at subway and this is not the way to do customers this is second time with this guy and this problem first time I did not say anything but he really needs to be stopped on how he makes sandwiches not ok. I love this store and when the lady’s do my sandwich there amazing it’s just that one guy maybe have a talk with him are something cause I don’t like my sandwich being thrown together and all my vegetables in the middle needs to take his time I’m not saying go slow but do it right you can go on camera around 1040 to 1050 I’m the first customer standing by the cash register and you can see he don’t cover my breed with mayo and his just throwing it together this is on 2 12 2025

The sandwich was good. Mine took a really long time. I saw people coming in and ordering and getting there's before me even though they ordered after me. The staff was very nice but did. Not cut or wrap the sandwich the way I asked, and I heard the order taker say it out loud. Still, very good sandwich, if really expensive.

Failed on 3 out of 3 orders! 1. Grand opening: Giant sandwich was full of brown, wilted lettuce. Gross. Terrible first impression. We avoided until: 2. November 2024: Paid for extra cheese and extra portabella mushrooms, but no extra cheese or mushrooms were on the sandwich. One sandwich for $18. App history shows correct order (see pic). 3. December 2024: Ordered the Big Kahuna cheese steak without jalapeños. They were all over the sandwich (see pic). In fact, there were more jalapeños on this than the amount of portabellas on the sandwich from November, which was supposed to be extra. App history shows correct order.
3 of 3 orders wrong. One giant and two regular sandwiches wrong. This Jersey Mike's used to be Jimmy John's, and they never messed up our orders. Make it make sense.

I ordered a Pastrami sub and was put into blissful food coma. The sandwich was, honestly, one of the best Pastrami sandwiches I've ever eaten.
I substituted the Swiss cheese for white American cheese and the sandwich became a sumptuous, melt in my mouth experience. Delicious!!!

Of my past six orders at this location, only one has been 100% accurate. It's either the wrong bread, wrong ingredients, or even the wrong meat. If you have food sensitivities, I'd think twice about ordering from this location. May the odds be ever in your favor!
They are working so slow.. I was waiting for my order for about more then 30 minutes.. it’s just sandwich can no take 30 minutes.. even pizza preparing quickly then that sandwich. Just simple sandwich yolk for a long time. Its rough.

Worst location. They always do way too much oil and vinegar. Too heavy on the condiments. I said mikes way and they added jalapeños and banana peppers. Took them off. Also specifically asked for honey mustard multiple times, used regular mustard. While wrapping it they squished it so aggressively. As well as it was being wrapped in the bag. It’s a mushy mess. Will not be coming back to this location.
