So, went in here because a coworker gave me some really good coupons and id never been. Won't go again. Granted, I was gonna have 2 transactions with 2 coupons, but the girl that was helping me had a serious attitude issue. When she had to take my order to begin with the aura was as if I was inconveniencing her... needless to say, won't be trying Jersey Mike's again based on that experience...js

Made an online order with the application. The order was supposed to be delivered at 1:45 PM. It never showed up only to call the location and they said the order wasn’t even going out and they could just refund my money and it would take 3 to 5 business days. I’m sorry I spent my money and I need my food. They told me I needed to go back on the app and make the order again or get a refund and I’m not gonna get my money in a couple days love these guys are super problem solver and I highly recommend never ordering from this establishment. I would never do my customers like that as a small business owner.

The lady cutting meat was amazing there’s a guy that was working this is 1050am this guy just throwing my sandwich together not following my instructions I wanted extra mayo and mustard he did not add mustard and he did not even put mayo on my whole sandwich. Then cause he was trying to go so fast started throwing lettuce at me and other customer cause him swinging around my sandwich. I worked for many years at subway and this is not the way to do customers this is second time with this guy and this problem first time I did not say anything but he really needs to be stopped on how he makes sandwiches not ok. I love this store and when the lady’s do my sandwich there amazing it’s just that one guy maybe have a talk with him are something cause I don’t like my sandwich being thrown together and all my vegetables in the middle needs to take his time I’m not saying go slow but do it right you can go on camera around 1040 to 1050 I’m the first customer standing by the cash register and you can see he don’t cover my breed with mayo and his just throwing it together this is on 2 12 2025

The sandwich was good. Mine took a really long time. I saw people coming in and ordering and getting there's before me even though they ordered after me. The staff was very nice but did. Not cut or wrap the sandwich the way I asked, and I heard the order taker say it out loud. Still, very good sandwich, if really expensive.
