The drinks tasted awful. My friend got the papaya and I got raspberry with vanilla and popping pearls. The flavors are extremely overpowering and ruin the drinks. The papaya tasted like flowers and the the raspberry vanilla tasted like medicine. The pearls tasted fuzzy and chalky.

The Jewel in this box is a dark and dank crystal that definitely needs a polish. Better lighting, ventilation ( it's musty and damp inside when it's wet outside) and some repair to damaged furniture and walls could really make this a standout. Owners don't seem to care as they're the only name in the game for blocks and blocks around!

They mess up my order. We stopped by around 6:50pm, ordered London fog, she said she doesn't have earl grey tea, replace w English tea, which is fine. When I picked up my order, it was chai latte with cinnamon. I asked, "That's not what I ordered. They told me to go back on the line and wait." So I did. When my turn comes, I stand, and no one offers help. Bad service.
