Got no clue why there's so many 1 star reviews. went there for lunch, staff was polite, food was ready in less than 5 mins, and the quality / taste was just fine. Good experience.

The owner keeps replying on the negative comments "that's not how we roll"...but it really is. Long waits, unfriendly staff that would prefer you not order from them is to be expected. They'd benefit from starting prep a little earlier...but that means more wages spent to serve customers so...at least the sandwiches are pretty good.

I ordered a turkey tom and a bag of bbq chips and then I asked for a water cup. $15 total when I went to get the water cup i was informed that i was charged for a bottle. A long wait for the sandwich. It seemed like only one of the 5 ppl were working. I typically love Jimmy John's but this was the worst sub I've had. It had one single tiny sliver of turkey on the sandwich. Basically just lettuce and tomato.

6/27/2023 - Got a special order #9 today. Was literally perfect and a great sandwich! These folks are friendly, courteous, and you can hear laughter as they are working hard. It was nice to see a team working so well together and delivering good food. The receipt debacle (not their fault) could be better but they were patient and nice to customers.
Dietary restrictions: No bread. The unwich was done well!

Jimmy John's is my favorite sandwich place. Working in downtown Seattle, there aren't a lot of options for food. Today, my coworker and I ran over there about 1pm. It wasn't busy, but the sandwiches took a long time. We both got unwiches; the lettuce was brown, tomatoes were soft and squishy, and the sandwiches fell apart. I asked for peppers after I paid (because I forgot), and I was met with attitude "it's a good thing we don't charge for them anymore" as if I had inconvenienced them during rush hour.
