If we wanted to eat cardboard boxes we wouldn't pay that much for it. Please learn to make a sandwich if your going to sell it or else do the community a favor an close ur store an let someone else open a normal eating place

Worst customer service ever!!! If you ask a question sbout the sandwiches & condiments available they roll there eyes shake there head & say they don't know. Called to make a complaint asst. manager was inexperienced kept calling me dear, said the staff had only been there (2) weeks & they can't remember everything that goes on the sandwiches made excuses for terrible behavior, I'll never ever go there again. Ugh.

I visited Jimmy John’s today and was shocked when they refused to take my order in person. The staff told me they were too busy and only accepting online orders. Everyone understands that restaurants can get busy, and I’ve certainly waited for service before. However, in my 50 years, I have never been turned away from an open business.
Before leaving, I asked to speak with the manager, who informed me that they were the manager. When I requested corporate contact information, they said they were a local franchise and didn’t have that information. They apologized but stated they were following their boss’s instructions. When I asked for the owner’s contact details, they refused, citing privacy reasons, and told me to file a complaint online.
If the store is overwhelmed, a better approach would be to pause online orders or inform customers of a wait time rather than turning people away at the door. This experience left a bad impression and does not make me want to return.

Avoid this location at all costs, if you can. The combined IQ of the staff is less than that of a toaster, and they force you to order online while still getting the order wrong. My partner and I ordered 2 veggie sandwiches, and they managed to get that wrong.
Corporate needs to fire the general manager here, or figure out a better staffing plan. Simply embarrassing. Not worth the price or effort.

I ordered 2 Sandwich from Jimmy John's And they gave me what they won't be they were so rude they hung up in my face they were not called back when we refunded money back to you hung up that is not no business light I would never shop here no more and now my family are friend That is so rude They are so rude there They don't know how to take orders An They hung the phone up in my face Wow. They did give me my refund back thank you
I am a disabled person and I don't have a car but what I did it is exactly 1 mi away driving the speed limit takes 3 minutes 30 seconds but they do not have a delivery service which I find terribly disappointing because Jimmy John's makes the best submarine sandwiches I've ever had. So I guess before it was because I couldn't get there without taking 2 hours to and from because of the way the buses were here that I gave a lower rating than they deserve because they really are the best. And I really don't like Jersey Mike's because they put Italian dressing on everything even when you don't ask and too much salt and pepper and vinegar. I like a basic roast beef sandwich with mustard, mayo, lettuce and cheese only. And I used to get the double sandwiches and it was about 20 bucks but I cut it into three and it was really worth it so it's a trick for me to get there but when I get a car again I'm going to be zipping over there.

Comical asked about ordering 6 sandwiches two people in the store, two workers told them I could wait an hour and they told me they wouldn’t make them. Two working obviously had better things to do, fits the Seattle persona though.

Ordered 4 sandwiches. 2 of which were slims for my kiddos. I added extra meat to the slims. What I received were 2 pieces of expertly wrapped plain bread. When I walked in with the bread, the person sitting at table started laughing and said "oh, are those the slims?" And then claimed that the ordering system only shows the name of the sandwich and not any edits made through the customize feature. Then stated that they hadn't made the sandwiches. Umm....you sure knew alot about my order for a person who didn't make it. Effectively throwing his/their coworkers under the bus for something they didn't do.
Mistakes get made, but deliberately screwing up someone's meal and blaming your coworkers, while they look on in disbelief. Nope. You suck as a human.
Terrible customer service from this individual. Maybe, go to the Belltown location or farther north to get anything for JJ's.

I arrived at around 7:45 in the evening, and upon entering, someone informed me that they were out of regular bread and only had flatbread available. I then asked for tuna, but was told that they were out of tuna as well. So, I ordered number 12, which was a turkey option, and it was ready within minutes. However, I was surprised when I opened it and started eating - all I got were a couple of pieces of tomato and cucumber, and too much lettuce. It was like I had ordered a lettuce sandwich with a bit of turkey, which was weird. Overall, I found the experience to be rude.

If you’ve been to a Jimmy John’s, you know what to expect.
This location is definitely not freaky fast, though. You will wait 10 minutes for your sandwich when there’s no orders in front of you.

Beware that they don’t deliver through Doordash and you’ll get screwed over if you order through them! I called the store 30 minutes into my order being placed for a status update, the kid told me it was on its way and to call back in another 30. So I do, and another gal lets me know they don’t actually deliver through doordash. Just then I got a notification that my food was delivered, but it was nowhere to be found. The gal on the phone said they can remake it and redeliver but it could take up to another 30 minutes. They are .05 miles away from me (I would’ve picked up if able to but couldn’t). Infuriating situation overall, I would’ve appreciated if the first kid would’ve been honest and advised that the delivery was never going to be made, and saved us all the trouble.
