Excellent service and excellent sandwiches. Jimmy John’s never disappoints but this location has something special in their customer service. The manager on duty was kind, friendly, and super helpful! Will be back!

The slogan “so fast you’ll freak” does not apply here. I consistently wait 10 or more minutes for a sandwich.

Foods fine, but as a food service manager for years I can taste when a soda foutain hasnt been cleaned in awhile. The soda foutain at this location has a thick build up, and a bad taste. Its probably been months since the nozzles were cleaned, maybe longer.

My husband ordered a sandwich on the app without oil and vinegar. We got home and it was all over the sandwich. Called the store and they hung up on us 3 times. 4th call they gave us a new number to call. The manager told us she'd refund the $11.69. Called the next week as no refund posted, male manager told us 3-5 days. That was May 3rd. We've disputed the charge with our card and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau--for a sandwich. This Jimmy John's has been a massive waste of time. Jimmy John's should pull the franchise license for all this foolishness.

The most recent time I’ve been to this location the staff seemed like they didn’t care at all. The soda machine was out of ice, several of the soda syrups were empty, and worst my sandwich was made incorrectly.
Certainly no one needs to be fired, but it would be nice if the staff cared a little more about their work.

I ordered extra tuna and hardly got any, let alone extra!!! I wish i could get my money back. Only half of the sandwich had tuna!

The kids suck. The quality sucks. The bread was old. Barely any onions or lettuce. The serve station was absolutely disgusting.

Jonathan!!! What a GEM of a human being. We placed a large order for pick-up in a few days and I accidentally scheduled it for the wrong day. Jonathan helped us out by cancelling the order and quickly re-placing it for us with such kindness, saving me a LOT of work. Thank you Jonathan, we appreciate you!

I'm not going to blame the management of this store directly but Jimmy John's is doing a giant push for their Toasted subs using THC (Toasted Hot Combo) as a selling point to stoners. Not only did the store not know anything about this combo but I didn't even receive what the combo promised. A sandwich, pickle, chips, and dessert in a box that said THC is what I came in for, why did I walk out with only half of those.
Why is everyone so slow? It’s the middle of lunch with 7 people waiting on food and the employees on the line were moving realll slow. My sandwich took 20 minutes which is probs the longest I’ve had to wait. I used to work at JJs and would’ve gotten in trouble for moving that slow.

It was close to closing time and I waked in they tried to talk me out of ordering, which I get they had about 20 minutes left until closing. No bread and no lettuce, I managed to get a unwhich ordered. I don’t know why she acted like she owed the place and made the worst version of a veggie unwhich. If I could I would have return it, by the time I noticed it was too late.

If we wanted to eat cardboard boxes we wouldn't pay that much for it. Please learn to make a sandwich if your going to sell it or else do the community a favor an close ur store an let someone else open a normal eating place
