By far the slowest location I’ve ever been to across the country. Would find another location if you want JJs
I tried this place at the recommendation of a co worker. Food was overpriced and lesser proportions that competitors, agent walked away when I got to head of line and went to form a new line at the other register, and ambiance was bland.

Slowest location I’ve been to across the country. No idea how a jimmy John’s can be so slow! Not even that busy and waited over 20 minutes in store for a sandwich.
When I point out that my online order contains more than just a sandwich, the correct response is not to point at the shelves below the register and ask "you can't read your receipt?"

I placed an order and waited about an hour for it to go a few blocks. Would not recommend.

First time trying Jimmy John’s, was ok. I had the veggie sandwich. My daughter had hers with bacon it was slightly soft. Tasted raw she said, she did not finish it. Mine was fine. Being complete vegan it was hard choosing from their menu, but nice stop.

I crave a JJ unwhich often, but if this was my first experience I'd never eat at Jimmy John's again. It took more than 40 min to make the sandwich. Once I got it (5 min later), it was a soggy disgusting mess that tasted...off. I ended up throwing it away after a colleague confirmed it was weird tasting for fear of food poisoning. Never again, at least not from this location.

Sandwich was good and staff was nice.
Restaurantji Recommends
Poor customer service. The sandwich was mush by the time it got to me. Called into the shop to clarify a mobile order and was met with a bad attitude/tone. I love JJ so I’m bummed. I’d recommend other locations. The closest on Westlake.

I wouldn't. The quality of JJ's in Seattle has consistently degraded over the years. Poor management from the top down has even closed several locations, JJ's is not long for Seattle. There are other places to eat.
